I know it's been a while since we last talked...but...I've been thinking and, seeing how much respect we have for each other, I think it's about time I tell you...

Lily is having a bad day, from waking up late for yet another university lecture to her step-mother and sister returning home earlier than expected, but in the current scheme of things, it's nothing. A global threat is at large, known as the "Tokyo Vampire" – a sadistic maniac who's draining the blood from people and leaving at least two puncture marks on the body, like a vampire. Little does the human race know that they got the sadistic maniac part right, but he's no simile. He is a Vampire, and he's on a carefree, thrilling, killing spree, loving life.

Human life.

But when the Tokyo Vampire decides to kill further west and Lily spends more time alone and anywhere but her apartment, fate gets a little too excited.
