It had been weeks since Louis had seen Harry. He would try to go to his secret trail everyday and call for his name, but no response came. So, he was bored. It was even worse that whenever he tried to call up Niall and see if they could hang out, his friend would always make up excuses and quickly hang up as if he was trying to avoid Louis.

The blue eyed boy was sitting outside in their backyard, humming quietly to himself and picking at little flowers that were already fully bloomed in their garden. It was early in the morning, sun just peaking over the large trees in the village. "Louis, honey, are you sure you don't want to come with your sisters and I?" Jay called from inside the house, smiling lightly at the sight of her boy.

Louis stops and thinks, raising his head. He didn't have anything to do and going down to get his nails done would be better than staying here by himself. "Now that I think about it; I would like to come with." Louis replies and that takes his mother by surprise. "I don't have to change, do I?" He asks quietly, looking down at his usual attire which is a lovely dress with knee high socks.

Jay shakes her head, patting her fingers on the wooden door she was holding open. "You don't have to if you don't want to, sweetie, what we're going for wont require you to wear worn out clothes." She explains, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Now hurry, dear, we're leaving in about three minutes." and with that, she closes the door, the clicking off her heels getting softer.

Louis stands up from where he was kneeling down, smoothing down his dress before skipping up to his front door and opening it. He was immediately met with Fizzy and Lottie's striking blue eyes, mouths turned into a scowl at the sight of their brother. The innocent boy just smiled up at them, already used to this. "I'm coming with you guys." He informs them, frowning when both of them roll their eyes at the same time.

"Oh great, I thought this was supposed to be a relaxing time." Lottie sneers before walking out of the door and bumping into Louis purposely, Fizzy following closing behind with a snicker. Louis pouts, willing himself not to cry because, his sisters love him, right? They're just going through that phase in their life where they become total bitches.

He sucks it up, looking at himself in the mirror on the wall next to him, fixing his fringe swiftly. The small boy walks out of the door and pads down towards the large car where his mother and sisters were waiting for him. "Where's Phoebe and Daisy?" Louis asks when he enters the vehicle, situating himself in the back because his sisters were occupying the front seats.

"Dropped them off at Grandmas before any of you guys woke up." His mother answers him, pulling out of their drive way and making her way down the vacant roads. It was a quiet car ride after that, the only sounds present were Fizzy and Lottie's giggles as they looked back at Louis who was oblivious while he looked out the window.

After a couple more minutes of pure awkwardness, they pulled into a parking lot, Jay making sure to be as close to shop as she could be. Fizzy opens the door, getting out first while holding her dress up so she wouldn't step on it. "Go ahead, Louis," Lottie fake smiled and her brother, watching him get out and she mumbled "faggots first" under her breath. Louis didn't hear anything, though, just smiled from ear to ear because his sister was finally being nice.

After walking down the lot, they made it inside the cool shop where ladies were rushing around with materials in their hands. "Jay, so lovely to see you again!" A lady exclaims as she walks up to them, hugging his motherly tightly before pulling back and training her eyes on the three teenagers. "Are these your kids?" She asks, bright smile practically engraved on her lips.

"Yes, this is Fizzy, Lottie, and my boy, Louis." Jay smiles as she points them out, keeping her hand on Louis' shoulder. The blue eyed boy smiles at the lady in which she returns just as sweetly.

"Nice to meet you guys," she greets them, "my name is Karma." Louis takes notice of her light brown eyes that were glimmering because the light was hitting them. She was beautiful. Karma looked like she was around her mid-twenties, her curvy figure was absolutely perfect and filled every gap of her lacy black dress. "I'm glad to say that me, Claudia, Georgia, and Mary will be doing your nails today." Karma starts walking towards a station and beckons them over.

"You guys have so many nail polishes," Fizzy speaks up in disbelief as she looks around the shop with her jaw hung open, blue eyes twinkling. "I didn't even know this was a color!" she exclaims, sitting down in a chair next to Lottie (of course). It seemed like she looked up to her older sister, following on her habits and her bitchiness. Louis was just glad that Phoebe and Daisy don't despise him too.

Karma nods, pulling up her long hair into a pony tail so it wouldn't get in her way while she was working. "There's a lot of different things we don't know about." is all she replies with before three girls come up behind her, all of them so stunning. "Ah, welcome you three musketeers," Karma jokes, gesturing her hand towards the kids. "These are Jay's children."

They took their time to introduce themselves, Lottie huffing rather loudly when Georgia complimented Louis' dress. The family gets situated in their chairs, hands held out so they could be done. It's quiet for a moment, the sound of women laughing in the background, before Claudia speaks up. "So, I heard you invited the Mad Hatter to your masquerade ball not too long ago, how'd that turn out?"

Louis inhales a sharp breath, getting a strange look from Fizzy before she just rolls her eyes and looks away. "I didn't really see him, to be honest, I don't even know if he showed up at all!" Jay laughs, everyone else too, but Louis just sits there with his head down. He promised to Harry that he wouldn't tell his mummy.

"Oh, if I would've seen him I could have started up a conversation. Girls from my school tell me that he's really handsome and that we would make a perfect couple." Lottie pipes up, a smirk on her pink lips. "So sad that he probably didn't come to the ball, though, maybe he was out hunting for people." Louis keeps in his gasp, wondering how his sister could say such a thing.

"No, he wasn't." Louis shakes his head, eyes wide after what he had just said. He winces when both of his sisters shoot him glares, only his mummy and the four ladies giving him confused looks. Had he blown his cover? "He's not like how people make him out to be." Louis adds on timidly, cautiously making eye contact with everyone.

Lottie eyes Louis, a look of disgust on her face. "Oh, it's not like you know the man, Louis. Besides, he would never go for a fag like you." She mumbles, eyebrows scrunching up when Louis doesn't react at all. His eyes usually water up after she's insulted him.

"And he would go for a guy-hopper like you?" Louis finally manages to say, feeling somewhat proud of himself. He's finally stood up for himself after who knows how many years. Gasps are heard around the room and his mother gives him a horrified look, wondering where all of this was coming from.

"That's enough! You two are to not insult each other any more with such vile words." Jay's voice booms, her eyes wide as her grip tightens on the arm of the seat. So, they don't talk to each other at all anymore. However, Louis' heart breaks even more when Lottie continues to tell them how the Mad Hatter would fall for her and then they would end up getting married.

But Harry was his.
