chapter 15 part 1

---------Avery's POV--------

i was in a dark room lying on the floor. suddenly a spotlight lit up a panel of judges before me. then a spotlight fell upon me and i got up. i realized where i was. i was at my audition.

my song started and i tried to tap but my feet wouldn't move. I looked down and realized they were cemented to the floor. I looked up at the judges and they were laughing. Laughing at me.

i woke up screaming which of course woke up sam who was beside me. "babe whats wrong did you have a nightmare," he asked all panicky. i nodded and he wrapped me up in a big hug. "tell me what happened in your nightmare."

i told him and when i got to the end when they were laughing at me i started crying.

"its okay its okay," he said gently rocking me back and forth in his arms. "your just nervous about the audition so your brain is giving you nightmares to freak you out but don't worry you'll do great now go back to bed," he said giving me a kiss on the forehead then he lay back down.

i lay down to but i couldn't fall asleep. i looked across at the clock and sighed. it read 1:43am.

i stared up at the ceiling for what seemed like hours still not falling asleep. i looked at the clock again 2:03am. what it's only been 20 minutes!

i repeated this for the next 3 hours. literally 3 hours. when i finally fell asleep it was 5:00am.

"avery wakeeee up," i heard sam calling and opened my eyes. "what time is it," i asked. "8:30am," he replied.

"ughsss no let me sleep," i said. i closed my eyes and fell back asleep.

----------Sam's POV--------

i stared at Avery who just fell back asleep. i just stared at her. after a while i decided she probably didnt get enough sleep last night and walked into the kitchen .

i made myself some breakfast and sat down to eat it when i realized something. where is everyone?

i know avery is sleeping but what about celina and dmitri? i decided to go check on them cause usually their the first ones up.

i walked into their room to find something i never wanted to see ever so i covered my eyes and apologized then ran out and closed the door behind me.

oh my god i just walked in on my best friend and his girlfriend having sex. oh god.
