ch. 3 Stay a little while and you will see.

Austins pov

The car ride was scilent, no raido, no talking. Just her squezzing my hand and sniffles here and there. I got to her apartment, "Stay here and lock the doors when I 

get out, I'll be back in no time." She nodded, I reached over and pushed the hair out of her eyes and got out of the car. I bolted up the steps taking two at a time, 

I bursted through the door with Helen sleeping on the couch. I went into the room that had a black wooden "J" hanging on the door, I went to the closet and got a 

duffle bag out and started filling it with. I got a dress, three shirts, two pairs of pants, a couple pairs of shoes. I shut the closet and went to the drawers, I 

picked a few pairs of underwear and a few bras, a bathing suit, and  found some shorts and pj's. I stuffed them into the bag and went into the

 bathroom and got her tooth brush, brush, makeup bag, shampoo, conditoner, and soap. I put them all in the bag, and ran out the door, glided down the steps, 

and threw the bag into the back and hopped in. Jaz was on the phone crying, and speaking fast of what happened. She looked at me confused and said 

"Marsh let me call you back, thanks for the understanding andthe few days off." She put her phone away and looked at me. "What is that for?" She asked surprised. 

"You're staying with me for a few days, no if's and's or but's." She smiled half heartedly, oh did that make my heart go wild! Her smile was so sweet, i wondered

what her lips tasted like i thought.. Austin shut up you stupid horndog, she probably isn't even interested. She cleared her throat "Austin are we just going to

sit here or are we going to leave?" She said sweetly. I looked at her, and smiled and turned over the key and sped away. 

Jazabels pov

God, he is so perfect and so sweet letting me go and stay with him. I just wish he would kiss me, his smile makes me all happy and flustered.. But what and I thinking

how could a man so amazing and perfect like him even come close to a fuck up like me? I'm so normal and uninterseting. I snapped out of thoughts when I heard the

radio come on. I looked up and seen a notebook on the dashboard, I went to go grab it. "What the hell do you think you are doing." Austin said with his voice 

slightly elevated. I stopped and looked at him confused and kind of hurt, "I I-I was going to see what was in the notebook, is it not okay?" I questioned kind of

scared. "No you can't them things are private." His voice raised a little higher and threw the notebook in the back. I looked at him in disbelief and a tear streamed

down my face, I turned at stared out the window. Moments passed, they were scilent until Austin pulled over on the side of the road. He reached in the back and 

grabbed the notebook and sat it on my lap. I looked at him, tears filled my eyes. "I'm sorry I snapped like that Jaz, just some of those things are private, but I

trust you." He smiled. I think he knew smiling would make his apology a bit better. I smiled back. "It's okay i understand completely, I should have asked. I'm the

same about my lyrics and stories." I said softly He grabbed my hand and looked at me. "You know I think you are beautiful right?" He said fast paced. I blushed and 

shook my head no. He leaned over and kissed my forehead and drove off. I melted like glue, maybe he did like me more than I thought. I put the notebook back on the 

dash, "I'll wait till later so you can tell me if you don't want me to read anything." I practically whispered. He shook his head "No go ahead, you talk to me about

you and tell me stuff about you, It'll be a better way for you to get to know me." He kinda chuckled. I grabbed the notebook and started reading the first page. It was

lyrics, they were really amazing. "Are you working on a new album?" I asked ,Looking at him. He nodded a yes and i kept reading until we pulled into a driveway. 

"This is your house?" "No my friend micks, we went to school together." I smiled and got out. Austin grabbed my bag from the backseat and I followed him inside. We 

went up the stairs and into a huge room, bigger than mine and my bathroom put together. "Here she is, this is my room and through that door is the bath room, over 

here is a balcany." he drew some curtains back and I see a beautiful garden with a pond. "Well I'm going to take a shower, wanna join?" Austin laughed. I shook my

head no and giggled, "I'm gonna go get a drink though." I walked out of the room and down the stairs and on the right was a kitchen. I got some water and went back 

up stairs. I curled up on the couch and started reading the notebook. Austin came out of the door naked with his hair all soapy, I cleared my throat and giggled. 

Austin looked over and noticed me on the couch, "OH MY F**KING GOD!!" He ran into the closet. I giggled again. "I am soo sorry thought you were still down stairs, I

forgot my change of clothes and more importantly a towel!" Austin screamed. "It's okay, I should have been more considerate and stayed down stairs, at least we know

a full moon will be out tonight." I yelled back joking. Austin laughed and come out with a towel around him and clothes in his hand. He came near me dripping wet, 

pretty much naked and sat his clothes down next to me. "You should really join me, its nice hot and steamy." He said jokingly and sat down next to me probably as

close as he can. "Your hair is soapy, silly, go finish your shower." I said laughing. He grabbed the notebook and sat it on the floor and got closer to me. 

"You know what Jaz? I really like you and I'm glad you're here so I know you are okay." He pulled me into a hug and looked in the eyes and down at my lips, His face 

got closer and closer and finally our lips met. He was so gentle and he put his hand gently on the back of my head and we just kissed and kissed and kissed. 

My heart was beating fast, my palms were sweaty and i was kissing Austin Frikken Carlile. He pulled away and smiled, stood up and swept up his clothes in all one

movement and made his way back into the bathroom. I sat back, smiled and let out a high pitched 7screech, I Jazabel marie Henning kissed Austin Carlile.
