It was hard to believe a week had already past and this evening we would be on our way to New York. Josh, Elijah, Cara, and I were going to school then heading to my house where we all left our luggage. School went by quicker than I thought it would and before I knew it we were all on my way to my house.
We all walk in and go upstairs, Cara and I go to my room while Elijah and Josh go to the guest room that used to be Xavier's. We change into comfortable clothes for the flight, I took off my blouse and changed into a sweatshirt Walt had given me a few years back that said "Sassy Land: The Sassiest Place on Earth" and kept on my same jeans and toms. We then all go downstairs and put all of our luggage in my dads car because dad was driving us to the airport.
Once we get to the airport and get our suitcases out we say bye to dad.
"Okay now you call me when you get off the plane and when you get back on." Dad says as he hugs me
"Okay, I will."
"Thanks for driving us Craig." Elijah says
"Oh that's fine." he replies hugging Elijah at the same time. Then he hugs Josh but when he pulls back he says, "Your dad told me you've been to New York before?"
"Yeah, but that was years ago."
"But you're still a pretty strong guy right?"
"I guess."
"Then you better take care of these girls." Dad says, "And that goes for you too."
"I will." Elijah says
"Okay Dad we have to go or else we'll miss our plane."
"Okay. I love you." he says as we walk away from the parking lot, "Be safe. Don't do anything stupid."
"Okay dad!" I yell as we near the doors
"And Sarah!"
"Yeah."
"Have fun." I nod my head and smile before walking inside.
We go through security with five minutes to spare so we have to run practically to our gate. But we get there on time and begin to board the plain. Josh and I were sitting in one, two person row next to the window, and Elijah and Cara were sitting directly in front of us.
Josh put my carryon and his overtop of us. Then we took our seats. After we were allowed to bring out our electronics, I got out my laptop and tweeted that Josh and I would be having a meet up in Central Park on Sunday. I also told them that if they wanted to see other things going on that Josh and I might not show them to go follow Cara and Elijah on Twitter and Instagram.
We were staying Friday night, all of Saturday and Sunday, doing the Today show Monday morning, then leaving Monday afternoon.
After spending a little time on the internet I decided to take a nap.
l woke up with my head on Josh's shoulder and my hand in his. I noticed he was awake so I quickly say, "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to fall asleep on you."
"It's okay. I'm perfectly fine with being a pillow for such a beautiful girl." he says pushing my hair away from my face.
"Awwwl. Is the big and strong Mr. Josh Turner expressing emotions?" I ask innocently
"Ha ha. So funny."
I pull out my laptop to cheek Twitter and one last time before we have to put all electronics away. I go to YouTube first and reply to a few nice comments then I go on Twitter where I have a ton of notifications. I was kind of used to it now because people were all the time asking questions and saying good and bad things alike. But when I cheeked what everyone seemed to be saying were things like, 'You guys are so cute!' and 'A ship made in heaven!' I couldn't figure out what everyone was talking about until I went to my newsfeed and saw that Elijah and Cara had both posted a picture. Elijah captioned it "I couldn't resist." while Cara captioned it "Caught." The picture that they had both posted was of me and Josh, me with my head on his shoulder, his head resting on mine, with me hugging his arm as we held hands. We were both obviously asleep. I was now regretting telling everyone to follow Cara and Elijah.
