Songspiration: Secret Love Song Pt.2- Little Mix

It's only been a week since I've arrived and I already feel like I've stayed here for my whole life. Eli's been bringing me around the city and all the other islands. He taught me how to play cards too today when we visited some island that I have totally no idea how to pronounce, San Giorgio Maggiore or something... We sat by the docks, with the luscious waves flowing by and the wind has got to be the most relaxing and cooling thing in the world. I think I've got to say that today has been quite an adventure. And now, I'm so tired, I can barely lift hand up to message Eli back.

Eli: come over ;)

What now.... Doesn't he ever get bored of this? When I don't reply, I see flashes of light shining into my room and I roll my eyes, groaning.

Hera: you're such a disturbing neighbor
Hera: stop shining your flashlight into my bedroom from yours bitch
Eli: calm down princess, I just needed to get your attention
Me: you are one infuriating human being
Eli: :) oh really? Come over. Now.

My eyes roll up to the heavens again and I give up, putting on my sweater, taking my sling bag along with me.

Hera: fine

I tip toe my way out to the living room, making sure that every corridor and room I pass, no one hears me and that Eros doesn't notice I've left my room. We have adjoining rooms so I hope he didn't hear my shuffling about. I swiftly hop out of my house and cross the small path to Eli's house, shutting the door as fast as I can behind me. Now all I need to do is make it pass his sister's room without making a sound. I take a deep breath but as I'm about to walk up the stairs, I hear him call out,

"Hera! What's taking you so long?" I mentally face palm and curse underneath my breath. Just as I'm about to turn around and go back to my house before anyone gets up, he rushes down the stairs.

"No one's home. Get your lazy ass up here." He says, half chuckling. My mouth is agape as I stare at him.

"You know, you could've mentioned this earlier Eli." He laughs.

"It wouldn't have been as funny then." I sigh, making my way up to his room.

"Have you started your bucket list yet?" He asks casually, while pouring me a glass of water. Oh not this again. He's definitely got some obsession about this.

"No I haven't. Why would I even do this anyway? It's dumb and useless." I say.

"Come on Hera, live a little. Have you even ever created a bucket list before?" I shake my head slowly.

"Exactly! Try it, we'll go on an adventure, we'll have so much fun!" Eli says, in his most persuasive tone ever, giving me those puppy dog eyes. I swear he's such a child. And just like that I'm lost in his deep blue eyes.

"Ugh, fine. But I'm calling it my fuck it list. Bucket list just sounds stupid." He smirks and laughs out loud heartily.

"Sure princess, anything you want." I scowl.

"I'm not your princess, I'm your neighbor." I say back. He nods.

"Oh yea, that's right, you aren't my princess, you're my queen." Eli breathes, combing his fingers through my hair as we stand in the middle of his room, lips only centimeters away from touching. I shake my head. There's just nothing I can say to make him stop with the nicknames.

"So, now since you've agreed to this, let's go have a little walk outside." He states, arms still wrapped around me, not letting me go.

"Kay." Apparently my brain cells find it too hard to find a better way to phrase that other than 'Kay' so oh well.

"Kisses begin with a 'k' you know." He says, grinning.

"Hmm, yep. And it's just too bad ugly begins with u."

"I know you don't mean that." And he twirls a strand of my loose hair.

"I already know what the first item on my list is going to be." I whisper against his ear.

"You do realize that we're alone in this house right? You don't have to whisper.- and what is it?" I giggle before pushing him away with all my might, catching him off guard, managing to free myself from his hold. I walk to his bed and sit down on it, patting the seat beside me for him to take a seat too. Eli smirks a cheeky smirk, narrowing his eyes at me, with a 'what are you planning' look then comes to join me. I take out a pen and piece of paper from my sling bag I hooked on the bed railing when I came in and click the pen.

"First one on the list, slap a hot jerk as hard as I can them punch him in the arm." I say out loud and clear as I write down each word. He turns to look at me as I look up from writing it down and I slap him in the face with my right hand then punch his left arm.

"What the hell?!" He yelped, rubbing his cheek where I just hit him and he looks like he's about to cry. Oh jeez. This just went wrong.

"Eli, are you okay? I'm so sorry, I just meant it as a joke, please forgive me, I'll go get some ice..." I trail off but when I look back into his eyes and at his face, I see that he's grinning widely from ear to ear. And he starts bursting out with laughter.

"Haha! Gotcha! Oh my god you should have seen the look on your face, it was priceless!" Oh. He is such a bitch. I try for impassive and I guess I succeed as he stops his laughter and his face morphs into a serious expression.

"Princess, hey, you okay?" He looks so concerned, and I can't take it anymore.

"Got you back mister." I say, winking. Well, this is going good isn't it? The teasing and pranking has already begun. He smiles a genuine smile, putting back my pen and paper in my bag then standing up, holding out his hand for mine.

"Now let's go for a real adventure." I grab my bag and put my hand in his, following him out he door.

"Where are we going?" after grabbing my backpack with some clothes and necessary items as Eli told me to do, he's got us a water taxi to I don't know where and right now, I'm trying to pry it out of him.

"You're not going to kill me and leave me in the sea are you?" I prod. Getting replied with a face of boredom.
"Shut up Hera. We're here." I look out the window and see the train station. He brought me here the other day when he was showing me the city. So why are we back here now? He smirks and pays the driver, then hops out the boat.

"Eli, where are we going?" I have a bad feeling about this... He takes my small luggage out of the boat and pulls the handle up.
"You'll see. Follow me." Jeez. He is one frustrating human being. We walk up the steps down to the platforms and he flicks through his wallet.
"The sun has set, it's-"
"We're going to be late. Come on, let's go." He shoves a rectangular piece of paper in my hands and urges me to look at it. Holy crap. We're going to Vienna.
