I looked around panicking as I heard the roars getting closer, shit I thought as i was flung through the air, I wish I had some light I thought and miraculously a light appeared above me reveling a grey ground that reminded me ash and what looked like a black dragon but that wasn't what disturbed me it was were its wings were gone replaced by blackened stumps which made me sad and pissed at the same time, it charged me like a bull with an insane look in its eyes as I barley able to avoid its horns from spearing me and back peddled keeping my eyes on the now confused dragon that looked around till it found me desperately speed walking backwards it roared and charged me yet again.
dam dragon I thought as I dodged it but was launched by its tail at least twenty feet from it this time it watched my decent, fuck I landed lucky without breaking anything but still hurt like hell and looked up to find the dragon charging me again, This time I was pissed and I charged the charging dragon yelling at it and jumped just before it hit me with its head and grabbed on to it horns locking my legs just behind its head and started punching it in what I thought to be it face with all the strength I possessed, CALM (punch) THE (punch) HELL (punch) DOWN I yelled the last words as I locked both my hands and slammed them down on its head to be rewarded with it slumping to the ground which relieved me and scared me as I put my ear to its head and listened to instantly be rewarded with the ultimate of all head aches almost causing me to almost black out.
DIE HUMAN I heard a voice in my head as I the dragon got up and started trying to shake me of with no result,I Didn't do anything to you I thought back to the voice in my head, LIES ALL LIES ITS YOUR KIND WHO MY WINGS SO YOUR KIND MUST DIE it answered by roaring in my skull causing me to grip it horns form falling of the dragon, I APOLOGIZE FOR WHAT "MY KIND" I Mentally emphasized those words AND I HURTS ME SEEING YOU IN YOUR CURRENT STATE I Yelled back At the voice which I assumed to be the dragon I was currently riding like a cowboy.
I thought pissed that people could show such cruelty to these mythical beast when purple light emanated from my hand into the dragon causing me to scream and the dragon to roar both from pain as I felt the dragon slump and leavening me feeling like I just ran a marathon from Maine to California nonstop and fell unconscious, it must a been a few minutes when I felt the dragon shift from underneath me starting me making me automatically grabbing the dragons horns fearing the worst, THIER BACK I heard the dragon say happily Judy before it launched its self into air but somehow I learned two things one the dragons name was violet and two the dragon was female.
We landed from what felt like forever after violets nonstop flying which eventually tired her out, why can I hear you I said mentally feel Her physically startling violet, I don't know violet said mentally i didn't even notice you on me, I have an idea I said mentally could we be bonded somehow like dragon riders, it's possible I can feel a pull to protect you and I can also talk to you like this which I can't do with humans until now at least and I can also read your mind like an open book violet said, sweet you would make traveling and fighting easier I said mentally which I got what I assumed to be dragon laughter which sounded like a cross between a blazing furnace and a tornado which made me laugh.
I could not thank you enough onyx for giving me back my freedom, no problem I said no one should ever do that,but hey do you know of dragon who looks like it's made up of plants,stones and green gems with what looks like it has a rattle snake tail, yes he resides in the cage next to mine why, I decided to tell a truth well I had a dream with him in it, ah I see I found the dream in one of your memories, creepy I thought, can yo carry him to where I currently am, yes but I need to get out of my cage first, Is it possible for me to look through your eyes I asked violet, it's a possibility let's try it, I suddenly felt a wave of vertigo hit me as I was looking at a dimly lit room with long thick bars that shimmered, it's pointless their enchanted, nothing is pointless everything has a solutions try using your fire.
I have dark fire which freezes thing instead of burning,ok i thought to myself I didn't know their were dark dragons, I have another idea but first i want you to look at the Bars, ok now what, get ready to fight rescue the earth dragon and fly, I with all my willpower tried to draw All magic but couldn't get anything,it's ok you tried to save me and my kind violet said sadly. NO it's not over I said mentally remembering what those monsters did through violets memories which pissed me off, violet use your flames now I said with barley retained fury, she didn't argue as she roared spitting flames and I roared with her with all my magic running though me into the black and purple flames melting the bars and all the doors in the cave like building.
now grab earth I decided to call the other dragon and escape I said tiredly I will met you when you are conscious violet said,just don't scare my friends or the old wizard ok, il try not to Violet said and with that my crest magically appeared on her left shoulder,hm this should help me violet said with a visible dragon smile, which in my book ranked in the top five creepiest things I thought to my self, I guess so I said il try to wake up I promise I said to violet as she disappeared leavening me in a world of gray now the problem is how I'm going to get out of here and wake up
With my help, I heard just barely above a whisper instantly fearing that another dragon was charging me I spun around to find a transparent looking girl with beautiful blackish blue hair and blueish brown eye's who looked as old as me, who are you I asked her trying to calm my adrenaline filled heart from my fear of ghosts I had since my best friends death when I was 10, my name sapphire she said just above a whisper and to answer you other question you where thinking I'm not a ghost I wasn't born with a body.
