Once everyone had unpacked everything that we found from walmart, and Cody calmed down (some what), I decided that I needed to find Tina some where to sleep and stay. On the way to show her around we ran into Jazzy." Hey Alice I...". She looked at me and gave me this whats going on look."Jazzy this is Tina I found her at walmart. Tina this is Jazzy, and vise versa." Jazzy had that look of realization and said," Oh hi how are you?" And just like that they were talking and getting to know each other like they were old friends."Okay if you two will excuse me I have to go and find someone."
They ignored me and so I took that as a yes, and walked down the stairs to find Cody. When I found him he was on the black couch reading a book that looked like it had seen better days. I almost went into the kitchen and talked to him later, but he looked up from his book and his calm face seemed to change into stone." What were you thinking today Alice you could of gotten yourself killed or worse." I was in shock I didn't know he cared that much whether I was careful or not." I was thinking that I needed to keep someone safe. Cody I don't feel like arguing with you tonight okay I just wanted to know where you wanted Tina to sleep, and what she is going to do when we have class." This seemed to make him angrier but i was still to tired to care.
"What is your problem Alice do you even care whether or not you live or not huh? Do you care about Jazzy or even us?" That hit a nerve a really big nerve and it woke me up pretty well.
" WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU KNOW ABOUT ME HUH? You think that since your such a big shot that you know everything and everyone, huh?" His face turned pale white as if he had seen a ghost.
"Alice, I..." I cut him off because I was clearly way too mad to listen to him apologize to me.
"No you listen to me. You're right. I didn't care if I came back alive or not. I knew that Jazzy was safe and that you and the group were safe and almost out of the building. Another thing you're right about is that no, I don't want to live. I had to kill my parents and my brother. The only reason why I'm still here is I needed to make sure that Jazzy can wake up one day and think that this hell hole was just a dream." I was out of breath after I had finished yelling at him. I had told him everything that I had held in since the pshycos had let loose. So instead of listing to him apologize for his stupidness I ran up to my room, found out what time my class was in the morning, and fell asleep.

When I woke up, Cody was at the door taking Tina to her 'defense class'. I didn't think she needed it, I mean a girl that can live 3 weeks in a walmart that had a ton of pshycos in it is probably the definition of defense. But being the sweet girl she is she didn't argue and followed him down the hallway. After the long journey around the house, I finally found my class and found a seat in the back of the room. Once the teacher walked into the room, you could tell right away that he was from Southern Texas.
" Listen up, ya'll! My name is Mr. Martin and in this class you will learn how to hopefully not die. Now everyone look up at the screen." He snaps his fingers and all of a sudden a projector screen appears out of nowhere and a video of a pshyco eating an arm plays on the screen. " Now if ya'll can see this wight, this pshcyo is eating this person's arm and if I were you, I would shoot it right between the eyeballs or else you'll be his main course!" Everyone laughs after his comment.
"Great!' I thought. A teacher with sarcasm... Just what I needed.
The rest of the day went on with a drag. I think we were all ready for lunch even though it didn't look that appealing. I found Jazzy all wound up and energetic at the table.
"Alice, Alice, Alice! Guess what! I can control water! What about you?" I sat down at the table and stared at the ground.
" I'm not sure. I was able to do a little bit of everything." And that wasn't a lie. I was able to do everything but not master one thing like everyone else could.
"Oh well maybe you will find you're talent tomorrow." I just nodded and ate my non appitizing lunch
