the close call pt2

I woke up with a start. It was 5:30 on a Saturday ,and some idiot was banging on my door." Wonder who that could be." I mumbled slowly making my way to the door. Sure enough, it was Mr.sunshine himself all dressed and ready for something I really didn't care about. " WHAT THE HELL CODY DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS I AM TRYIN G TO SLEEP YOU BIG JERK!" I wasn't screaming but just loud enough to let him know I really don't want him to wake me up." Well didn't someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed." He chuckled. God, I thought you better have mercy on this boy because I don't.

"What do you want so I can go to sleep."

"Well this is gonna suck for you cuz its class time and we need to be there now so hurry up."" Haha your really funny Cody." And with that I slammed the door in his face and went back to sleep. The next time I woke up, on my own it was 11:45 so I took a quick shower and got ready for the hunting trip. As I started running down the stairs I ran into jazzy." Wow where do you think your going?" Oh crap I forgot to tell her, think Alice think. " Ummmmm to class you know gotta dress to impress." She giggle, " I know where your going Alice I'm just pestering ya." I found myself laughing along with her. Wow it seems as if I haven't laughed in forever. Jazzy started to head back up the stairs when she turned around and gave me a hug." Don't get killed please"

" I promise jazzy were gonna live through this right?" She smiled and went to our room. Once I found Cody there was around 35 people in the living room with guns and knives strapped to them or in their hands." Well nice to see you show up I was beginning to think you were gonna ditch us." I wanted to ask why he was such a smart ass, but instead I said, " wouldn't wanna miss out on the fun." Everyone in the room was laughing at the little sarcasm remarks we were making." Anyway this is the plan team 1 will go and throw UV bombs in the wallmart and get rid of most of them. Team 2 will then go in and take out the rest of them that team 1missed. Everyone else can go and see if there are any edible food, clothes ect. Everyone watch their backs and don't get distracted. Any questions?"

There was a dead quite in the room, " good then let's head out." Everyone was walking into the garage when Cody grabbed me." What do you think your doing Cody?" He pointed to a bag on a black love seat." I think you may want these back." I ran to the bag to find all of my guns,amo,and the 5 grenades I had

leftover from yesterday." Ya I do thanks Cody." It wasn't my idea Joey told me to." I laughed and loaded

and packed everything I was going to need. When we went into the garage there was 15 cars in there

including jazzy and mine Hummer. Feeling like a kid opening their birthday presents I ran in my Hummer

and found the keys in the ignition." Can I ride with you or will you throw me out on the highway every chance you get?" It was Cody and Joey so I gave Cody a I'll try not to look and said to hop in. It took a while to get everyone on the road since there were so many of us I ended up leading the group since Cody and Joey were in the car. There was a young pshyco in the road screaming ib pain on the road so I decided to play speed bump and ended it's pain." Could you stay on the road please I mean I know the

re's alot of stray cars on the road but jeez."I wanted to hit him but I didn't want to take my eyes off the road. Joey took the hint in my eyes and said "I think you better quit messing with her dude or she will throw you out on the highway."

The rest of the way there was quite except for a few take a right/ left from the boys. Once we arrived at the wallmart it had a red stripes on the doors to warn people that there was pshycos in there. After everyone arrived and unpacked and restocked on amo n such team one that consistent of about 19 people broke down the doors and threw the bombs about 30 ft in the store. A few seconds later almost half the wallmart was full of light and the horrid sound of pshycos screaming as the soon blew up. Team two suddenly ran in behind team one covering them and their own backs as some of team two were walking backwards. We waited about 30 minutes before all of team one and two came out giving us signal that it was clear. As soon as Cody saw the signal he yelled "LETS MOVE IN.",and as if on cue everybody was running in the parking lot screaming with their guns in their hands. The store was completely pitch black so team 1&2 ran to the back of the store to turn on the lights. Once the lights everyone was split up into two groups, one group would go with team 1 and everyone else went with team 2. I ended up going with team 2 that were assigned to grab as much clothing as possible. I was walking to a shirt rack when something had ahold of my neck. I wanted to scream for help but I knew that if I did then it would kill me faster. Slowly reaching to my side I grabbed my trusty pistol and shot the damn pshyco in the forehead.

I heard a gasp and found a girl around the age of 13 shaking and covered in dust.I tried to slowly walk over there to say hi and help her when she looked to her right and had terror in her eyes. A few seconds there was another pshyco trying to kill me only this time it jumped in me and knocked out the pistol in

my hand. I gave it a kick in the face which stunned it just long to hear a shot go into it's skull with its blood all over my face. I looked to see that the girl was the one that saved me. "Well thank God I had my mouth closed huh?" She giggled and helped me up, " m.mmy nn.aa.me iss.. tt..Tina." the poor dear had a bad case of shell shock." Did you come with the group sweetheart?" She shook her head no and pointed to a few turned over shelves turned over to make it look like a metal box." Oh well you don't have to be scared now we can help you." She had a confused look on her face and rembered that.team 2 had.gone n helped team 1." Follow me Tina okay? She grabbed my free hand and went outside where Cody was looking rather pissed off at me." Alice do you know how lucky you are I almost sent the teams to go and find you." He continued to yell at me but when he saw Tina he stood there in shock " where did u find her?"

"Well if someone would shut up then you would know I found her in the clothing department and her name is Tina." Joey went to grab some water and gave it to Tina." Thank you I haven't drank anything in the past few day when I ran out of amo." Joey laughed and said, so that's why I couldn't find any amo." She just smiled and hardly left my side. On the way back she fell asleep in my lap.Cody wouldn't let me drive because I didn't obey his orders or something like that. O well I thought I could care less. Then the world slowly went black.
