To anyone that cares.... I've decided to go ahead and just put up the rest of the chapters since they're already done. I still think this story is sh*t, but who knows maybe someone out there really do like it. I've been editing slowly (like extremely slowly) but surely. These next few chapters haven't been edited yet soo...... Yeah. Any ways.... enjoy. And again in case you forgot, this story was written like 50 thousand years ago (really like 7 or 8).
[¥]Chapter 12[¥]
¬£¬Weeks Later¬£¬
It has been two months since Kelly and I have been working things out. It is as if I have known him all my life, but I have only known him for seven and a half weeks. We have gotten closer since that weekend I went to the movies with him. He walks me to my classes sometimes, and he treats me like a queen. He buys me things even though I tell him not to. Yesterday, he bought me a diamond necklace and I never took it off. People in school treats me the same; call me names, knock my books down, push me around. You know the usual.
Now all the girls just look at me as if I stole their man or something. Oh well it is what it is. The word traveled fast through these halls about Jason being out. It is as if as soon as I stepped foot in the front door of the school, everyone looks at me as if I am some kind of a star or something. I told you, this school revolves around that boy, as if he is God or something, but that is them not me. He is just another thing in the past to forget.
My dad became a detective like three weeks ago. He's working on a big case, so he doesn't spend time around us like he normally do, but he's home a lot more now. My mom lets me come down to the office and help with the outfits sometimes. I might get a job as a fashion designer there. They have seen my drawings and liked them. The company told me they would think about letting me work there part time, seeing as though I'm still in school.
However, for now I am just a volunteer. Right now, I am in Free Period, so I am just walking around the field listening to my music watching the gym classes' play. As I was walking around, a football landed by my foot.
"Aye shawty, you mind throwing that back." A tall, muscular boy said. He stood about five feet-ten, and was brown skin. I looked at him then at the football. I could be mean and just walk buy it, but I am not like that.
Therefore, I picked it up and threw it back. It landed right in his hands. Must be a football player. "Thanks." He said as he threw the ball to someone else. I started walking again when someone else came up behind me. I thought it was football guy but I was wrong. It was someone else. Wonder what he wants.
"Hey girl what's ya name?" he asked smiling at me.
"Not interested." I said as I turned my I-pod up and kept walking.
Not going anywhere he followed and said, "You don't have to be interested. I just wanna talk." he said still following me.
"Now that you've talked you can leave." I really was not in the mood to be bothered. I have not been feeling well lately and today just have not been my day. I continued to walk but he grabbed my arm and stopped me in the middle of my walk. I see we are going to have to get physical.
"You are going to talk to me lil girl." I looked at his hand then back at him.
"You have five seconds to let me go." I said putting my I-pod up slowly just to give him time to reconsider what he's about to do.
