Allie's POV~
I walked inside smiling to myself. I had a great time with Niall and he seemed happy about coming to my graduation party.
"Hey sweetie." I turned around, seeing my dad.
"Hi Daddy!" I gave him a hug. My dad and I are really close, we do everything together we always have. I mean I am very close with my family because they are always there for me when I need them.
"so where were you today." He asked.
"I was hanging out with a friend. Him and I had lunch and went for a walk." I told him.
"Him?"
"Yes Dad, him." I confirmed.
"Well are you sure he is just your friend? You know my rule about your friends, especially boys."
"Yes , I am sure and don't worry he will be at the party tomorrow so you can meet him there. Oh, and he is bringing some friends."
My parents (mostly my dad) have a rule that they have to meet all my friends incase they do bad stuff and especially with boys. Even though I'm seventeen turning eighteen in three months I still listen to my parents.
"Okay sweetie just making sure, so do you want to go shopping for your dress now and then after we can get dinner. Mom is working late and Bradley is at a friends house tonight so it's just you and me."
"Sure, that sounds good."
-------------------------------------------------
"This is the one Daddy, I love it."
I walked out of the dressing room to show him. The dress was turquoise with different colored glitter on the bottom part and the top had black lace so you could still see the turquoise and the band around the waist was white it was tight at the top and flowy at the bottom so it showed my top figure.
"I can tell you really love it and it's not too short and you really do look beautiful in it so you can get it."
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
I picked out a pair of white heels with a turquoise bow at the top too and we cashed out. We decided to go to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and we went inside to eat. We ate our dinner and brought our left overs home.
By the time we got home it was 8:00 and I was so tired and I have to get up at 5 to go to my ceramony for rehearsal and the real thing. I got in shorts and a tank top and put my hair up, took my makeup off and brushed my teeth. I got in bed thinking of the wonderful day I had and that tomorrow I would finally graduate!
THE NEXT MORNING
My alarm went off. I groaned and got up, I took a shower and then came out to get dressed. I put on a pair of white jean shorts and a blue tank top with a lavender American Eagle shirt on over it with light pink flip flops. I just put frizz control in my hair and then let it stay because I needed to do my hair later. I put on the same makeup as yesterday and went downstairs only to be greeted by my parents.
"Good morning Sweetie!"
"Good morning." I answered yawning.
"Why don't you look excited? You're graduating today!"
"Mom, its a little too early to be excited." My dad chuckled.
"Well I am just excited to meet your new friend," said my dad.
"Dad, he is nothing more than a friend and mom met him please don't be rude when you meet him." I gave him a look of sympathy.
"Okay Allie I will try my best, but I swear to God if he hurts you in any way...so help that boy I wi-"
