*~*Elsa's P.O.V*~*People bustle back and forth in a rush to make everything perfect. Everyone dressed in their best, all well except me. It's been three months since the purposle and the day has finally come. The day I get to marry my best friend, the one who helped me through my darkest times. Jack.
Everyone has graciously accepted me here in the castle since then. They treat me as if I've always been here or an old friend they've known over a lifetime. Truly a welcoming feeling, especially after everything I have gone through.
"ma'am why aren't you dressed yet! The weddings in a near two hours?"
My head maid Yail hurriedly pushes me into my quarters. She locks the door and scoops up my beauty supplies.
She then gestures to a seat in front of my mirror. I obey. She twists and pulls at my hair for a long while. Until she finally claims it's finished.
To my relief it looked absolutely gorgeous. My hair was twisted into waves, along with a two braids wrapping around my head. Within the braids she placed tiny baby blue flowers all along it.
"Oh Yail it's perfect! Thank you so much!"
Yail smiles at me, "no need to thank me it was a pleasure."
"The dress?" I ask.
"I figured you could do that yourself," she states with a wink. I guess she was suggesting my powers.
"I am of no more use here, I'm so happy for you two. I wish all the best to you both."
"Thank you so much!"
Yail smiles at me, I couldn't tell if it was a sincere smile or not. But in doing so she left the room, I lock the door behind her.
I glance in the mirror once more before turning to my dress.
"Alright Elsa, we can do this."
I've never been confident about my powers, I haven't quite gained it yet. I've always been self-conscious around others, despite the fact I'm considered "royalty".
I twist my dress around to get a mental image of what I wanted. Finally, with a picture of my dress in mind I begin my magic.
Blue mist escape my palms and begin to swirl around my lower body gradually rising to my torso. I twirl slowly, a smile pulling at my lips.
The mist crawls along my arms and up to my collarbone. A small wind like sound fills the room, a soothing sound really. A sound that makes my smile grow even wider.
With one finally burst of power, the mist and ice shoot off my body and slowly float to the ground. I gaze upon what the ice has left behind.
A pale white color begins around my collarbone and begins to fade into a baby bluish color. Tiny jewels glisten in the window light all along the dress. Long slim sleeves cover my arms and a long laced veil droops from my twisted hair.
I smile, it's just what I had wanted! Well almost, I raise my hand over the veil and my hand begins to glow a light blue color. Along the veil small snowflake designs appear, twisting and twirling with each other as if dancing.
Now satisfied a walk to the door not even bothering to make shoes and call Yail. She appears within minutes.
"Aw Ms. Elsa you look like an angel!" She almost whispers.
"Thank you so much Yail, you are truly kind;" I smile warmly, "is it safe for me to come out yet?"
Yail looks around a bit, "I think so ma'am but I'll go check just go be safe;" she then leaves with a wink.
I wait behind the door, my heart pounding just imagining what is to come that day. In a minutes time Yail had returned.
"The coast is clear ma'am, I've been told to bring you to the throne room to meet the bridesmaids."
I nod and smile, Yail and I begin to walk side by side.
"Yail?" I say softly.
"Yes ma'am?"
"I just want to thank you for everything you've done for me since I've come here. You were so welcoming and you've been more of a mother to me than a maid."
Yail is speechless and her eyes begin to shine with tears, "no need to thank me ma'am I should be the one thanking you." Her voice cracks during the last part of her sentence.
"I really must Yail, you've done so much for me and nobody ever acknowledges you for it."
She folds her hands and looks to me with cheer in her eyes, "thank you Ms. Elsa."
We enter the throne room where I spot Merida. Yail looks confused.
"Oh my, Lass ye look like a snow angel!" Merida laughs.
I roll my eyes and turn to Yail, who will looks a bit puzzled. Merida approaches and turns to Yail as well.
"Ye look a little confused Ms. Yail," Merida states.
"Excuse me if this is out of place but I did expect more bridesmaids," she chuckles.
I exchange a look with Merida and we smile, "well I have two which I believe is plenty enough."
"Two?" Yail looks around the room in search of the second bridesmaid.
"Yes, Merida and if you're okay with it I would love you to be the second Yail."
She gasps so loud I could've sworn someone had knocked the air out of her. A tear rolls down her face and she covers her mouth with her hands.
Merida and I laugh and embrace her, she did truly deserve this.
"Ms. Arendelle I can't it's to big of an offer-"
"Yail," I laugh, "it's okay! You deserve it, please." I smile at her and place a hand on her shoulder.
Yail wipes her face with a handkerchief and grabs my hand, "thank you so much ma'am."
"Elsa, call me Elsa."
"Yes ma- Elsa."
Merida and I then usher her to get ready.
A/N: Ending coming soon! Either next update or the one after.
