Everyone at camp went about doing their usual activities. Coral and Affiria were in their Elements class, when the ground started shaking. All of a sudden, there was a big, CRASH! Everyone started screaming, yelling and running in all different directions.

Chiron called everyone to get their weapons and form a line of defense. The monster attacked and so did the demigods. They fought hard and many monsters were killed. The battle raged for what seemed like hours, they thought it would never end. Many of the buildings were on fire and weapons were flying everywhere. Coral told the younger kids to hide in the basement of her cabin and to stay there until the battle was over.

At the end of the day, many demigods were injured. Fortunately, Coral and Affiria only had cuts and scratches, other than that, they were fine. Chiron told a couple of older kids were told to go get the younger kids who were hiding. But when they got to the basement, the kids were gone. They had been kidnapped!

Chiron sent a search party to go look for the missing kids. They followed the footprints left in the mud by the giants until they came to a field that had a metal building on it. In the field surrounding the building, the search party saw lots of children, some from both camps, Greek and Roman.

They spotted their relatives and friends. They knew that they had to save them, but they didn't know how, so they decided to wait. "Oh, no!" Affiria exclaimed. "Drakon is here and so is Jacob!" Coral was terrified to see that she was right. "Rivaden is here too!"

"We have to save them." Yelled Affiria. "We can't." exclaimed Coral. "Don't you care?" Affiria snapped. "Of course I do, but I don't see how we can. There's not enough of us." Said Coral. "Well, if you don't, that sucks. I'm going to do it with or without you. Goodbye." Coral was frustrated , she took a deep sigh and said, "Well, if you go by yourself you'll get yourself killed, so I will go with you. The rest of you, go and get help, quickly."

While the others went to get help, the plan was that Coral would go ahead with her invisibility cap and get the monsters' attention to lead them to Affiria, but before she could move, she felt something wrap itself around her ankles. It was a dracaena! She was captured. She tried to shout something to Affiria, but she felt something hit the back of her head and she collapsed.

Affiria was waiting in the entrance for too long and realized that Coral must have been captured because she never returned. "I knew she would slow me down." She stomped farther into the building, when she saw something lying on the ground. She came closer and saw that it was Coral's cap. Now she knew that Coral was gone!
