When the group reached their final destination, they left the ship and walked up a small hill.
What they saw sent shivers up Coral's spine. At the bottom of the hill was a huge metal building and other smaller buildings. There was a fence around the buildings.
Inside the fence, there where all kinds of monsters walking around. Every time a monster moved, Coral saw terrified faces of kids around her age and younger.
Suddenly, Coral gasped. Affiria turned to her and said; "What did you see?" When Affiria saw the look on Coral's face, she instantly knew what Coral saw and she too had the same feeling.
Coming out of the building was the leader of the monsters. As soon as he came out, the monsters knelt on the ground and made noises like they were praising him.
Suddenly, the mark on Coral's neck started to glow. Not like it does when there is trouble, this was different. Instead of glowing green and yellow, it glowed red.
Piper was the first to notice, she said; "Uh, Affiria. look at Coral's neck it is glowing." Affiria saw and looked at Coral.
Coral's eyes were locked on the leader of the monsters. It was like she was in a trance. She started chanting in Greek. Her eyes started to change colors.
"We have to get her out of here before she transforms. Piper, Leo, take her back to the ship and try to keep her there." Affiria said. When the others moved backed to the ship, Opal asked; "What did Coral see Affiria?"
"Coral saw her little sister Sunny. She is really worried that she may not be able to save her." Affiria said. They returned to the ship and Affiria went to Coral's room to see how she was doing.
When Affiria reached Coral's room, she stopped at the door and listened. She put her ear to the door and heard crying.
Affiria knocked softly on the door and heard a muffled reply. She opened the door and saw Coral sitting on her bed. Her eyes were wet and puffy from crying.
Affiria sat on the bed and said; "Are you okay? Do you want to talk about it?" Coral shook her head and said;" I'm really scared. I don't know what came over me on the hill. I hope I didn't scare any one. I hope I can save those children especially my sister."
Affiria was silent as she listened to Coral. She knew that Coral was concerned about her siblings.
At a break in the conversation, Affiria asked Coral if she was hungry and Coral said yes. So they left Coral's room and went to the kitchen where the others were waiting.
While they ate, they came up with a plan to rescue the children.
Coral said that she will go undercover as a monster and try to find a way to get to the leader to destroy him. Affiria told her that it probably was not a good idea because of what happened yesterday.
They finally came up with a plan. So they went back to the hill and went their separate ways. Coral turned into the sea serpent and went inside the fence.
As soon as she went inside the fence, all of the monsters turned in her direction and moved toward her. She hissed and spoke in Greek to the monsters.
They took her to a spare room and she turned back into herself. When a monster came to get her she stabbed it with her sword and it turned into a pile of dust. Outside, she could hear a battle raging.
Coral ran from the spare room and tried to run out of the building, but tripped. She looked down and saw that something had wrapped around her legs. "Ah, I see you have come to join me little hero. Soon your friends will be destroyed and I will take over the world. The gods will be destroyed and I will rule." Said the leader. When Coral heard the voice, she shivered.
