The Children of Olympus : Sequal to Percy Jackson's Future Family (COMPLETED)

Mount Olympus

On the way to Mount Olympus, everyone was excited to see their parents and grandparents.  They were talking about the things that they would have to go through and how scary it was.   They all knew about the dangers ahead. Coral walked out side to stand on the deck to get some fresh air.

She started to cry when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around and saw that it was Piper.  " Are you okay Coral?" asked Piper.  " Yeah, I was just thinking about what's going to happen if I come face to face with the monster who kidnapped those kids. I had a bad experience with him and I was hoping that it wouldn't happen again." Said Coral.

Piper had not heard about the experience that Coral was talking about, but by the tone in Coral's voice, Piper guessed that Coral didn't want to talk about it.

Affiria walked outside and said; " Coral, we will be arriving soon, you should get some rest. "  And then turning to Piper, Affiria said ; " She has been under a lot of stress lately. There is something that you don't know about her. "

Later that night, when Coral went to sleep, she had the same nightmare again.  Only this time, she started screaming. When she was half asleep, she turned in to the serpent and was walking around her room hissing.

The others woke up and ran to her room when they heard her scream.  Affiria opened the door, and instead of finding Coral asleep, she saw the serpent walking around in circles.   When the others saw her, they got really scared and ran back to their rooms.  Affiria stayed and got Coral to wake up.

They finally arrived at Mount Olympus and met the gods and goddesses in the throne room. The gods and goddesses knew of the quest and said that they will help as much as they could.

They had a big feast and everyone stayed up late. When they were finally going to bed, Affiria talked to Poseidon and told him about the nightmare that Coral had been having and what happens when she sleeps.

Poseidon talked to Zeus and asked what he should do about Coral and Zeus said that Coral should go home and not complete the quest because of what happened to her.

Poseidon then talked to Coral and told her what Zeus said and Coral told him that she had to stay and complete the quest. Affiria also tried to get Coral to stay at Olympus, but Coral wouldn't listen.

Coral went to bed and the same dream came again. This time, all of the gods and goddesses came to her. But she was surrounded by a puddle of water that had turned to blood, and she didn't scream.

The decision was made that Coral would still go, but Affiria was to lead the quest. Coral was given some medicine that should help with her dreams.
