Natsu's PoV
I got into an attacking stance and Luce's eyes widened. She only had that expression on her face for a few seconds, till a smirk appeared on her perfect lips. Dang, it's happening again!
I need to get that under control. She mimicked my stance. I smiled.
"Come get me," I whispered.
Omg, that didn't sound right.
She tried to spear me in the gut, and I jumped back. I came at her and let my fighting instincts take over.
Lucy's PoV
He came at me, as if like a animal going after its prey. I was to slow, and they next thing I know, my sword is in the air and there is a big, muscular arm around my waist. I felt hot breath on my neck.
"I win," Natsu chuckled.
His voice was playful, mocking, even. I pouted.
"You went all out. That's not fair," I complained.
I heard the whole crew, including the scoundrel beside me, laugh. He let go of me, to my disappointment. He walk toward my sword that was lodged in the deck, picked it up, and walked back over. He handed it to me, and we continued my training. He teased and poked at me when I lost and I laughed the one time I beat him. This went on for a good forty five minutes. Afterwards, I was exhausted and went to take a nap.
Natsu's PoV
Luce said she was tired and went to take a nap. I didn't want her to leave, but I fought the urge to follow her. I ordered everyone to prepare for docking and everyone went to their respective stations. Levy came down from her perch on the crowd nest and came over.
"The name of the island is Tropical Island. It is said to have the best fruits and soil around. There is a festival scheduled to start in a couple of days. Can we stay!?" she asked excitedly.
"Why not? You hear that, you bunch for lunatics?" I yelled/asked.
"Yeah," they all yelled and pumped their fist in the air.
We got our ship tied down and we rented hotel rooms for everyone. Now the only ones on the ship was me, Happy, and a sleeping Lucy. I didn't want to wake her so I decided to go pirate shopping.
It was was a small village for such a large island. So I looked around when my dragon ears picked up whistling. I would know the toon anywhere.

The pitch went up as the song hit kidnap. So, who's the poor soul that's losing their freedom to pirates? Who was the pirates anyway? I followed the whistling.
We extort, we pilfer,we filch and sack.

The sound was getting closer. Only pirates know that song, even if someone else knew it, they would never sing it.
Were are you, pirate? I thought. The noise was close. There! A man with blonde hair! He's it! I ran up to him and tapped him on the shoulder. The whistling stopped and he turned to face me. I knew him at once. Sting, captain of the ship Sabertooth. Great.
"Salamander," he spat.
"Light bulb," I shot back.
(Anime nerves on Sting's head) "I told you never to call me that," he growled.
"So? Ask anyone, I don't listen to orders very well," I snapped.
"So whose the unlucky soul?" I asked.
"So you were listening. You'll find out soon enough," he chuckled and walked off.
God, he's annoying. He lucky we're in public. I walked around and found a huge mansion in the back of the village.
We might want to check that out, I chuckle to myself. I returned to the ship when I picked up some unknown scents. They all headed strait for Lucy's room.
Luce! I thought.
I ran and open the door. I know she locked it, I heard it click before I left! I walked in and her strawberry and vanilla scent hit he in the face and I thought I drooled. No time for this! She wasn't there. I heard voices and footsteps on the deck. The crew was back. I need to do something.
Lucy's PoV
I couldn't see because I was blind folded. I couldn't talk because I was gagged. My wrist and ankles were bound by rope. What had I gotten into?
Natsu's PoV
"Lucy's gone!" I shouted.
Everyone looked at me with fear on their faces. We searched the ship and the town with no sign. One thing is certain, they had a dragon slayer because the sent was thrown off. Then it clicked.
The song.
The kidnapping.
The dragon slayer.
