As the friend ship sailed, the Fairy Tail crew got to work. The sails were let down and the anchor rose. Everyone was happy... except a pondering Lucy. She could not shake the feeling that the sky was not as blue as it seemed. Why...

Her thoughts were interrupted by her favorite dragon slayer. His fuzzy, salmon hair laying on the crook of her neck. Raising his head. he came around to the front to face her. Lucy wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled.

"You helped a lot of people today. Without your hearing, we would have never found them," Natsu praised, making Lucy's cheeks light pink.

"Thank Wendy, not me," Lucy protested.

"GET A ROOM YOU TWO!" Gray yelled over the helm.

Natsu glared at his friend-enemy, while his other half was redder than Erza's hair. The crew roared with laughter. Soon enough, even Natsu and Lucy were holding their sides in laughter.
Lucy's worries evaporated. A spell had been a miss. Most likely a apprentice. These thoughts put her mind at ease.

"Alright! Stop sleeping on the job! Lets hit the sea!" Natsu yelled, earning a cheer from his crew.

Natsu pov

These idiots. God, I love 'em. I turn and see my love smiling, looking at the sea. she was leaning over the rail, daydreaming. She was perfect, but something in that perfect face was troubled. I came up behind her, my arms around waist.

Want to talk about it?

Her smile faded.

Just a bad feeling.

Oh? 'Bout what?

The Lamia scale member, something was wrong and I can't stop the feeling we played into somethings hands.

No sooner did she think that, she got dizzy and leaned into me.

"Hey, you alright?"

"Tired," she replied.

She sounded drained. Her normal sing-song voice was now flat, her breathing a bit heavy. I carried her to the cabin and let her lay there for a minute. Wendy came in, concerned, and checked her out. Saying she was just tired and yelling at her to sleep more, Wendy and I left.

"Captain! Lang ho! Long Island Port!" Levy yelled down from the crows nest.

Cheers and smirks were all over the place as the pirates were excited for a night of raiding.
