"Royalty look at you" My mum said shaking her head. "I'm proud of you"
I laughed.
"Its just dance mum"
"Yeah but you take it seriously, I just hope you do better than me"
I sighed, mum had to stop her dancing career because she fell pregnant with Roman then later on I was born and she gave up completely.
"Yeah yeah, see you later" I said kissing her cheek and leaving.
I left seeing the guys in the truck and Amerie standing there smiling.
"Yes mami you better work" She said laughing.
"Its only my dance outfit, I can't believe you got the boys coming too"
"Duh, we a group now, it was just me cheering you on now you got a whole team" She said smiling.
I laughed getting in the car behind her.
"Hi guys"
"No hi, them leggings too tight better go change" Chris said.
"Sorry baby I will change once I'm done" I said playing along.
I noticed Kayshawn was in the passenger seat and not driving, he look distant. I shrugged not trying to think about it. We finally got to center.
"You better work" I heard Chris yell while me and other girls were warming up.
"Chris shh or you finna get us kicked out" Amerie said nudging him.
I smiled sitting on the floor stretching my body.
"Damn" Reece and Chris said.
"Yall nasty" Jerome said.
"Don't act like you weren't looking"
"If Amerie was doing that I would be"
"If yall distract my little dancer any more yall out , Amerie you been there before" My teacher said.
All the boys went silent. I noticed Kayshawn watching every other girl but me.
"Time for single dances" My teacher said.
Each girl aced their dance and I was last up. I nervously stood up then waited for the music to play. Once Tory Lanez voice echoes the room I begun. I started on the floor, gracefully rolling on the floor before getting up and spinning as if I was a ballerina, I combined twerk and ballet then of course found my self on the pole. I climbed up the pole and did the splits on the ceiling while slowly moving down upside down. I let one arm go and started spinning, my legs closed then opened then swung them self round till I gracefully ended up on the ground. I did a cartwheel and back flip before ending on the floor again.
"That my baby" Chris yelled.
They all started cheering of course not Kayshawn but I smiled and bowed any ways.
"Another perfect performance" My teacher said.
I smiled blushing a little.
"Next week will be a group effort so make sure you practice that routine we learned last week" My teacher said.
The girls started leaving.
"Royalty are yo sure you cant do that talent show?"
I shook my head no feeling nervous. she smiled then nodded walking off. I saw Kayshawn starring.
"You was flying up there" Chris said pointing at the pole. "For real ya man is lucky"
"Yeah you are" I joked.
