Julienne's POV
(Lawrence's castle)
I walked away from him. I have to. I don't want to take orders from him. I'm not his slave?
As I was about to open the castle door when it suddenly opened by itself. No, it was opened from the inside revealing queen Amelia carrying Sofia.
"Queen Amelia?"-I asked confused
"Oh there you are. I thought you were at the castle."-she said
"I'm going away with my kids."-I said coldly as I entered the castle.
"What?? I won't let you do that."-a man suddenly appeared from nowhere carrying jaze with him and by his looks, he's the king.
"Sweetheart, be gentle, she's a human."-queen Amelia spoke
"You had a fight with him?"-she asked
"Yes."-I answered
Amelia came to me pulling me gently to the kitchen.
"Dear, give our son a chance, we can still break their bond."-she said
"I have had enough of giving him chances. Tomorrow's the last chance queen Amelia and if he doesn't choose us, then, it was an honor meeting the vampire royalties."-I said bowing my head in respect.
I went upstairs to our room and packed everything when someone knocked on the door.
"Come in."
"Julie?"
I turned around only to see Justin with worry plastered on his face.
"You're leaving?"-he asked
"Yes."-I answered
"I'm coming with you."-he said and dashed his way out.
I turned back to what I'm doing with the thought of what Lawrence's decision could be. And for the second time, I will accept whatever happens.
Out of my thoughts, I heard tiny footsteps coming to my room and the door cracked open.
"Mommy? Are we really leaving?"-Sofia asked with a pout as she sat on my lap comfortably.
"Yes, baby."-I answered sadly
"What about dad?"-jaze asked
"He's not coming with us but daddy Justin will!"-I answered cheerfully trying to cheer my babies up.
"But mom, he's not our real dad. We need our real dad."-jaze explained
"I know baby, I know. Lets just pray that he will make the right decision."-I said kissing his forehead.
"Are we coming back?"-Sofia asked
"Will we see dad again?"-jaze asked
I looked at them with pity and looked away.
"I don't know. Maybe yes, maybe no. It's all up to your dad."-I said standing back up.
"Now go to your room and rest, okay?"-I told them as they obediently nodded and walked out.
