It was a normal day. I woke up, ate breakfast, took a shower, my normal school routine. My mom was up as well, with a troubled expression on her face she said,
"Honey, I think you are staying home from school today"."What, why? Whats the matter?" I replied.
"Oh nothing, you deserve a day off for once don't you think?"
Ok, now I knew something was really up. My mom NEVER lets me stay home, not even when I'm sick.
I set my backpack down on the couch, knowing that I wouldn't need it today. If I was going to have a day off, might as well spend it watching "House of Secrets".
As I was flipping through the channels, the news channel flashed by. It showed guns being fired, and people rebelling. Against what? I thought.
The news reporter seemed worried as she spread the news of countries panicking, unsure about how to solve this very large and inevitable problem. Overpopulation.
