Chapter 4

"Lady Hokage, you summoned me?"

I bowed me head as I watched the ill tempored blonde look up from her paper work. I have lived here a while now, and even though I'm not a ninja for some reason she has been putting me on D ranked missions when I am not out training with Shikamaru or the Hyuga clan.

Neji really likes me watching him and Hinata is always grateful when I give her some useful tips to help her out. I am really starting to enjoy it here in the village, It's like the home I have always wanted. I am thinking she is going to put me on baby sitting duty like normal, it is the only thing I can do due to my physicle illness but sometimes she has me help with teaching the children at the academy about tactics.

"Actually I have something to assign you if it won't be to much trouble."

She is so kind, only asking me of I am able to accept the offers of the missions she has me complete. I nodded thinking about how empty my calender has been lately. Nothing has been showing up recently and things have been pretty boring around here. Although not as bad as my old village. Shizune, the Hokage's apprentice stood up smiling while brushing her black short hair out of her eyes.

"We have assigned you to a more complicated mission. You and Kakashi, Sakura, Naruto, and Sai have been placed on a B ranked mission."

A five man squad, that doesn't seem very well thought through. I watched as Lady Hokage handed me a small package and a normal sized scroll.

"I chose you for this mission because of your, abilities you showed me not to long ago."

Three Days Before

I followed Lady Hokage through the underground tunnels of her building and into what seemed like a hospital. She told me that she has something different instead of a D ranked mission for me and this really suprised me. I am no ninja and yet she trusts me, why would she trust a total stranger I wonder. I felt the presence of another person in here and I looked around. Does she know we are being spyed on?

"This way Ahari Chan, I need your assistance with something."

Just as she turned her back a blade flew threw the air right towards us. Without thinking I pushed her out of the way and felt it stab into my chest.

"Ahari!"

I fell to my knees with a smile.

"I'm a-alright Lady H-Hokage."

Someone jumped behind her pinning her down from doing any damage. I guess this is up to me now, I wonder if I should actually help or just watch. What am I kidding, I need to help her. I would give my life to her for how much kindness she has showed me. I stood up, pulling the knife out of my skin and I dropped it to the ground. The attacker watched the silver liquid exit my body before healing in a matter of seconds.

I guess no one has ever seen my bleed before, I guess it's about tie I actually do something.

"Don't worry Lady Hokage, I got this one."

A worried look crossed her face as I stood up. She knows about my no chakra and everything about my clan, I actidently told her everything not to long ago but I don't care. She has been quiet about it so far. I felt my eyes shift a little and the weightless feeling come across my body. I walked over to the man who started stepping back slowly.

"This can't be, impossiple!"

I stood infront of him and I could feel her taking over. No I need to control her powers, I'm not the body of a living demon for nothing. I need to keep this under control. A sickening grin came across my face causing the man to back up. The head protecter indicated he was from the rain village. Well at least they are not going to finish whatever they started, because I'm going to for them. I made a few handsigns and I watched him scream in agony as his very life force was being forcefully dragged out of his body. I almost feel bad but her strength is clouding my judgement.
