Chapter 16

I watched Yamato just shrug his shoulder as Naruto was over there freaking out about how he is a Genin and I just turned Jonin.

"Kakashi senpai I don't get the excitment. I mean it is a big suprise for someone to turn Jonin but I don't see all the fuss."

My mood dampered when he said that and I looked down. That just ruined my mood, thanks Yamato. Kakashi put a hand on my shoulder and squeezed it before looking at him.

"Well for her it is a big deal because, one she never went to the academy, two she doesn't have a chakra system or chakra along with bad physicle shape making it so she cannot specialise in Tiajutsu, and three because she never took the Chunin exams."

His eyes widend and he looked at me with aw and I just sheepishly looked down and hid behind Kakashi. I really don't like strangers, expecially him. He looks scary. His bold eyes looked me up and down and I just clutched onto Kakashi's jacket more and scooted more behind him so Yamato couldn't see me.

"Is she your student, Kakashi senpai?"

"No, actually if I am right she never had a sensei."

He looked down at me and I saw that he was waiting for me to answer his question.

"N-no, I never d-did. I just w-watched the o-other groups t-train."

He nodded and turned back to Yamato and started there conversation. But he kept looking at me and I don't like that. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I squeaked and turned around but smiled when I saw Kiba.

"Do you need any assistance with anything?"

He just shook his head and started dragging me back to the village.

"Shikamaru wants you, you guys both have  mission to help with the Chunin exams and he told me to get you."

I nodded and soon we split paths because his team needed him with something. As I was wakling I felt something wrap around my ankle and I gave a little scream and looked down. Sand? I looked around and daw sea foam eyes staring back down at me from a tree branch.

"Gaara!"

He jumped down and I wrapped my around him and he did the same.

"I hope your travels were nice?"

He started to examne my body and lifted my shirt up a little to see the bandages that were wrapped around every part of my body. Yea, the wounds from Luna are healing poorly so I still have some that needs bandages.

"I don't matter, I am worried about you. I over heard people talking that you were in the hospital."

"Eight days."

His eyes widend when I said this and I could tell he wanted me to explain everything but I shook my head.

"I'm fine, don't worry it wasn't anything..."

"No, I heard you almost died!"

I looked down, the tears pricking at my skin as they slowly fell. I didn't want him to figure out, I really don't want to be put through this situation.

"Who."

"It was my, sister."

I looked away when I saw this and I was suprised when I am pulled into a warm hug. A few minutes passed before we both pulled away and started to chat on our way back to the village.

"Well enough about me, why are you here don't you have things to do at Suna?"

"Well, the Chunin exams are usually a bad luck for me. First time I turned into Shukaku and the second I was in the village was kidnapped and almost died. Temari and Kankuro want to keep an eye on me so they are making me come with them."
