Okay,so lets get things all right,this story takes place first at the wammys house,where orphans where brought to train and recieve L's title.

it was mid afternoon as a brunette goggled boy came a hopping into Mello's room with an unpredictable face,Mello was in the middle of taking a school test,as Matt poked on Mello's shoulder,the blonde headed boy turned to see what his friend was up to.

"Matt...what are you doing in here?don't you have a test to take too?"Mello whispered so the other kids wouldn't hear him talking during his test

"Yes,I know...I didn't study,and I was up all night playing video games,can you please help me with mine Mells?"Asked Matt shyly

"Allright,hand it here,I know you are planning me to do it all for you,but how will I finish both of ours in time?"Mello asked the brunette as Matt handed him his test,Mello began writing on it,he would do these cheats for Matt often,beacause of Matt's game addiction.

"Please hurry,it's almost turn in time..."Matt pleaded to Mello,as he watched the blonde headed boy do his homework,right now Matt only cared about his test,and had no worries for Mello's part.

And soon came time for the test turn in,the lady who took in the papers came by their rooms,the lady was old with wrinkles,her tan complexion made he look quite scary in the dim lights of the dorms hallways,her auburn hair was put into a messy bun,Mello knew that this old woman scared Matt,beacause she often caught him playing video games in the middle of the night,and punished him,but when Matt came crying to Mello's dorm,he was always there to comfort Matt,and so was Matt for Mello,as the old woman passed Near's dorm,after it was Matt's dorm.

Matt shivered as the old woman entered his dorm,he felt a sudden chill blazing his body,and suddenly felt Cold and destrubed to turn around,knowing he used to only see her when he was in trouble.

"Test paper?"The old wrinkeld woman snapped with a small bitter tone,reaching her old frail hand out to Matt.

Matt shrugged as he handed her the paper,and suddenly thought about poor tired Mello,he would probably get in trouble,by the mean old "witch" as Matt and Mello called her.

Soon the old women left Matt,and headed down till she reach Mello's,and soon entered after collecting all the kid's tests,Mello sighed as he looked back at the old grouchy crab apple,her face seemed to be falling apart,as she usually had lotions on,the Beaty eyed old lady stuck out her tanned hand.

"I-I....hadn't finished...yet " Mello sighed as his blue eyes looked unto the lady,but a pure scowl crawled her face.

"You know you were supposed to be finished by now..Mister,and for that you will be punished!"The old lady said as she angerly pulled out her belt that hung from her waist,

Matt was against his door listening to see what was happening,he soon heard sobbs,Mello's sad sobbs.

Mello always took the heat for Matt,when Matt did something that was wrong,to lying,cheating,stealing other kid's papers as his own because he wouldn't study,and wouldn't sleep.

The people already knew who was going to have the best score,because he did so everytime,Near whom was their best student,Matt and Mello always tied scores for some odd reason,and soon came creeping to the office desk,the old woman.

She laid the papers on the desk,Rodger pulled them over,taking a good long look over all of them,he was surprised to find Mello's grade as a flunk evan Matt's test was way better than Mello's,Mello and Matt's scores were always tied,when he decided to have a talk with Mello,he wasn't there,he then walked to Near's apartment.

"Have you seen Mello,Near?"Rodger said as he looked at the pale kid.

Near had a finger twisting in his hair as he spoke"Yes..."He said slowly.

Rodger expected a full answer as he arched an eyebrow at Near."Where did you see him at?"He sounded a bit irritated.

"I heard him not seen him..."Came Near's reply.

"WELL,Where did you hear him!"This time he sounded a bit grounchy.

"Don't yell at me..."he said calmly as he began putting a puzzle together.

"I'M NOT YELL-Im...not yelling at you,Near"Rodger half yelled,before he relized,he was and calmed himself."Now...tell me..please"

"I heard him enter Matt's dorm...But I wouldn't go in there.."Near said his eyes widend as he talked but still sounding calm.

"Why,why not?"Rodger said as he once again raised an eyebrow,directed at Near,Rodger didn't relize he was intimidating Near.

"Heard some strange noises coming from Matt's dorm..."Near placed a note piece of the puzzle as he looked up at Rodger for a mere minuet of his time.

"Like what?"Rodger asked a bit more soothingly this time around.

"Like wierd..groans...and stuff..."Near said finishing his puzzle.

"Oh,my...I better check on them,Thank you,Near."Rodger said before exiting Near's dorm and slowly was walking straight next door,still looking at Mello's paper in surprisement.

"M-mells..."Matt moaned softly as Mello kissed easily on the tender skin of Matt's neck,and although he wanted to go further,kissing was all they could do for now

"Yes Mattie?"Mello smiled,as he bit down,causing Matt to moan loudly,Mello covered Matt's mouth,beacause of his loud tone.

"Sshh.."Mello poked at Matt as he Licked down Matt's soft neck and harshly bit into it causing not only to draw blood from the surface but a scream from pained Matt although the brunette loved this feeling, blushing wildly as he moaned under Mello.

The pleasure that Mello felt caused him to tighten his grip on Matt's ready neck before removing his blood stained lips from where he ravished as his blue eyes were dimly colored.pulling the brunette onto his lap, Matt at this time threw his head back in pain gasping for air.

"M-mattie, you okay?..didn't mean to be so rough. ."Mello petted through Matt's thick hair.

"I,I..think so, M-mells.."Matt's chest heaved tightly as his dark eyes gazed into Mello's sharp blue eyes, that were peering down at him.

"I love you, Matt."Mello said as he licked off the rest of the blood from Matt's swelled neck.

Rodger knocked on the door."Hello,are you two boys Allright?"

Mello and Matt smiled at each other before answering in unison."Yes,We're all right."
