Let's Shack Up

Nicole's POV:

I was in the middle of taking a hot bath and was thinking about how everything has been perfect lately and I have been on Cloud Nine for the longest time. I just found out that Artemi and I are the godparents of Chelsea and Teuvo's twins, Stella and Matias. Also, Artemi and I's relationship has been stronger than ever. Today is our seventh month anniversary, which is exactly a month after we met. Also, we are excited to go to Russia soon to meet all of his family and travel around the country. I just can't wait to see what the future holds for us. All of a sudden I hear my phone start dinging and see it's my love texting me.

A-Hey baby. What you doing?

N-Just taking a bath and thinking about you. What are you up to?

A-I wish I was in bath with you baby. Just watching hockey highlights of me and Kaner. What are you doing later?

N-Nothing really. Teuvo and Chelsea are going out to dinner and he is spending the night at our apartment.

A- Would you go on date with me to Russian restaurant then spend the night at my apartment since you have never seen my apartment.

N-Of course baby. What time are you thinking about?

A- I'll pick you at 4. Wear something that makes you feel beautiful

N- I'll see you then. I love you baby.

A-Love you too.

I lie back into the bath and instantly soothed by the hot water engulfing my body. This bath would be better if Artemi was here enjoying it with me but we can enjoy many relaxing baths together in the future. I managed to fall asleep for a little while and when I woke up, I checked my phone.  2:45...shit I need to go get ready.

I hop out of the tub and dry off with a nice teal fluffy towel that is laying kitty-cornered to the tub. I put on a forest green lace dress that had long lace sleeves and went down to my knees, a matching pair of platform heels, and a simple, dainty diamond necklace. I put my hair in a curly-up do and give myself a smoky eye. About ten minutes later, I hear a knock at my front door. I open it and see Artemi standing there smiling from ear to ear, with a huge bouquet of dark purple lilies.

"These flowers are for my beautiful lady." He says while giving me a peck on the lips and hands me the lilies. He looks so handsome, but when doesn't he look handsome. He is wearing some navy dress pants that fit him very nicely, especially in the bum area, was wearing a plain white buttoned down shirt, and some navy and white striped loafers.

"Artemi you really shouldn't have. You do not have to spoil me rotten." I say taking the flowers and put them in a vase, full of water on the kitchen table.

"Baby, you deserve the world. I will spoil, pamper, and love you even if you oblige. You are my girlfriend and I will shower you with my love and affection, even if you like it or not." Artemi says stealing another kiss from my lips.

"Oh alright Artemi. If you say so...." I laugh jokingly and steal a kiss from his lips.

"Are you ready to go baby?" Artemi asks while taking my hand and rubbing it with his strong, soft hands.

"Yes" I say as Artemi leads me out of the apartment and to his car. We hop into the car and he speeds off towards the restaurant. The ride was silent but he kept looking at me with the look of love in his beautiful, expressive puppy dog eyes and puts his hand on my knee. About twenty minutes later, we arrive at a small restaurant that was  called Red Square. It looks like we are eating Russian tonight. We are quickly seated at our table and the waiter brings out a bottle of Stolichnaya out to the table with two shot glasses. Oh no, I'm having bad flashbacks to the last time I saw Artemi drink Stolichnaya, it wasn't pretty.
