One Night In Montreal

Nicole POV:
Artemi and I are having a long awaited date night. I am just so happy to be with him. I truly cherish every moment I can spend with him. A voice interrupts my train of thought.

"What you want to do tonight, baby?" Artemi says holding my hand tightly leading me out of the bar.

"How about we just walk around Montreal and check it out. I just want to spend time with you, I've missed you so much." I say giving Artemi's arm a squeeze.

"Me too baby. I couldn't stop thinking about you. I'm sorry I didn't call or text you, I have been mentally and physically tired since I have been playing the last two weeks." Artemi says kissing my hand softly. He's literally the cutest guy ever

"I thought you would find a way prettier girl here in Canada and cheat on me with her." I say with a defeated look on my face. Artemi stops and lifts your chin so you are looking into his piercing eyes.

"Nicole, listen to me. I would never,ever cheat on you. The moment I saw you, I knew you were there was something really special about you. I literally fell for you the moment I saw you. You are all I ever think about anymore. I miss you like crazy and I feel so isolated without you near me. I get fireworks when our lips touch...I have never felt that with any girl before. I would walk barefoot on flaming, burning hot coals mixed with legos and the sharpest shards of glass if it meant spending one more moment of the day with you. I treasure every moment I get to spend with you."Artemi says kissing me full of passion on the lips.

"Artemi, you could have any beautiful woman in the world, why would you want me?" I say holding both of his hands in mine.

"You are so incredibly beautiful. None of the girls from here to Russia can compare to you. You have this sparkle in your blue eyes, the dimples in your cheeks, your long, shiny brown hair, your rosy red cheeks, your plump lips, everything about you is majestic. Your smile, your laugh, your sense of humor, your kindness, your love for life sends my heart in a whirl." Artemi says swinging our arms while walking in downtown Montreal

"Awww you are too cute Artemi. Since we have been together, you make me feel emotions and insecurities I haven't felt in years." I say stealing a kiss from Artemi.

"Please never feel insecure. I will always make you feel beautiful and know you're beautiful even when you doubt it." Artemi says kissing me back and rubbing my back.

"You're making me tear up Artemi. Oooo look! A horse and carriage ride! Can we go on it pleassseeee?" I say getting excited because it looks romantic and I love animals. It is also an opportunity to get closer to Artemi.

"Anything you want baby." Artemi says while being a gentleman by helping me on the carriage. We take off through the magical cobblestone streets of Montreal. It's absolutely beautiful here at night, everything is lit up. It looks like something straight of fairy-tale. I never want to leave this place but I have to.

"Artemi can I tell you something?" I ask full knowing what is about to come out of my mouth.

"Yes anything baby. Can I admit something to you first." Artemi asks hesitantly.

"Sure love." I say

"Even though we have been together only a short time but I have fallen hard for you. Nicole, I....Love...You." Artemi says kissing me on the lips and I feel billions of sparks with it. I'm so relieved he feels the same way about me too. I am madly head over heels for him.

"Artemi, what I want say is...I Love You so much. I have fallen for you in a manner only the heavens know about." I say while resting my head on his chest. I feel his strong arm wrap around me.

This moment couldn't be more perfect. I just admitted to the man of my dreams that I loved him and he felt the same way. Also, it happened in a beautiful city during a horse drawn carriage ride. We enjoy the rest of the ride with my head resting on his chest and his arm wrapped around me. The ride dropped us off at Chelsea and I's hotel and Artemi walks me to the door.

"I had an amazing day with you Nicole. Thank you for surprising me tonight, I was starting to be insane without the chance to see you." Artemi says looking straight into my eyes.

"No problem love. I was missing you so much, you were constantly on my mind." I say

"Ditto. Goodnight, sleep tight! I love you so much baby." Artemi says kissing me on my lips.

"Night baby. I love you too." I say mimicking Artemi's super thick Russian accent. This day has been pure magic. It was like something you could only you could write in one of those Wattpad fan fictions I like to read or a fairytale.
