Do You Still Love Me?

"Do you love me?" Dan asks after him and Phil share their first kiss. It happened the second they stepped in to Phil's apartment, on the night they met in person for the first time.(October 19, 2009) "Yes. Yes, of course I do. You are my world." Phil replies.

"Do you still love me?" Dan asks Phil when they finish filming their coming out video. About to out the relationship that they have not-so-secretly been hiding. "Obviously. Have I not made that clear? Of course. I love you with every fibre of my being." Phil answers.

"Are you sure you love me?" Dan asks when him and Phil say their vows, right before they kiss. At their wedding, of course. The happiest day of their lives. "More than anything in this whole world. I don't think that there are words to describe the amount of love I have for you." Phil replies. And then kisses him, of course.

"Are you sure you still love me?" Dan questions Phil as they are trying to feed and cradle their adopted, newborn baby boy (Nicholas) to sleep. "Dan, is that even a relevant question? Of course I love you. I always have." Phil says.

"Are you still in love with me?" Dan asks as they take their seats at their son's wedding. "Clearly. I wouldn't be here, with you, if I didn't. I love you so much. More than anything I have ever loved in my whole life. To the moon and back." Phil replies.

"Are you sure you are still in love with me?" Dan asks as him and Phil are looking for a nice retirement home to move in to."Yes. I have never felt such a love for anything in my entire life. You are my world and more, Dan. My soul mate and my better half." Phil replies.

"Will you always love me?" Dan asks as him and Phil are lying on their beds, old and frail. "Always. Forever. For the rest of time and whatever the hell comes after that. I will always love you." Phil answers.

"I think you'll love me forever and always. I love you just the same. I always have and always will. I understand, for the first time, that you will always love me and never forget." Dan says as him and Phil's spirits float above the ground and earth, in a place some would call heaven. "Yes. Finally, you understand and I don't have to explain. I love you, Dan." Phil says. "I love you, Phil." Dan says.
