A/n: Since I wanted the last chapter up on Saturday, this is like the continuation of it.

After watching tv for a couple minutes, you decided to explore Al's house a little more. You went to the kitchen first. It was cleaner than what you've seen so far in the other rooms, but it didn't have much in it. Next you went to the dining room, then the basement - which you didn't actually explore, just looked into from the top step - then the backyard.

It was bigger than you thought it'd be. It had a big back deck, a shed in the back, and had a wooden fence keeping you from seeing the neighbours' yards. You started to walk down the steps into the yard, but a big dog started running at you and barking. You ran back into the house and shut the door behind you. The dog ran into the door and stayed there barking at you as you went to get Al.

"Al! Al! There's a dog outside!"

"Oh, yeah, I should've warned you about them. There should actually four out there." (A/N: I feel like Al would just love big-ish dogs)

He got up from the floor and walked you back downstairs to the door. He ordered the dog to sit and let you outside again. You looked the dog over - it was maybe a foot shorter than you and had black and brown fur with a spiked collar. You could see the other dogs now, too since you weren't running for your life. There was a one that had long hair and you knew it was a Golden something, there was a big brown dog, and a black and brown one.

Cautiously, you reached out to pet the dog in front of you. Its fur was really smooth. It got up and licked your face and you laughed.

"That's Harley. She's a rottweiler," He pointed towards the other dogs. "The Golden Retriever is Alfie, the Lab is Jasper, and the German Shepard's Keks. He's Gil's dog."

You went into the yard and played with the dogs while Al went back in to help Gil finish their work.

~~~Time Skip~~~
An hour later, you were still in the yard, but it was getting dark. Gil came out to bring you back in, but you wanted to keep playing. He gave you 5 minutes to say goodbye to the dogs and went back inside. You had an idea: If the dogs came with you, you wouldn't have to say goodbye. You ran up the steps with the dogs and opened the door. you walked in with them and heard a thud as Keks pushed Gil over.
"Why are the dogs in here?"
"Can they come with us?"
"(Y/ n), these are my dogs. And I don't think Luciano would really like having four dogs running around his house."
"But what about Keks? You said he's Gil's."
He sighed, "Gil?"
Gil looked at you and back to Al before signing something. You understood 'few' and 'day'.
He sighed again, "Whatever. Take him with you."
You cheered and hugged Keks.
"You're coming home with us tonight, Keks!"
Al kissed Gil and said goodbye. You led Keks to the truck while Gil started it up. You fell asleep with your head buried in his fur.
ATTENTION!!
This is more of a side-note, but it's important. So, I'm getting really tired of typing, "Gil signed blah blah blah" so from now on, if you're talking to him or asking him something, the signs will appear like: (This is a signed sentence) or you understood (This is a signed ___) or something along those lines.
