" I've got a lesson with max in an hour, so we can't be long!" Carol said as she followed stevie to Belles stall.
" it won't wake long, I just need your opinion on something," Steve said looking at her horse.
" belle looks fine stevie," carol says wanting to go give starlight a warm up before her lesson.
Steve sighed and looked at belle again, she knew something wasn't right but she just couldn't tell what.
" have you tried asking Lisa?" Carol asks.
Stevie shakes her head, " no, can't find her anywhere, and I'm hardly going to ask Veronica," she giggles.
Carol laughs as they both get cut off my a massive scream, " who was that?" Stevie asked as her and carol ran to where the scream came from hoping it wasn't Lisa who was screaming.
Everyone was crowed around, so Stevie and carol couldn't see what was happening.
" excuse me," Steviesaid pushing past people as she saw Lisa crying into patch, Lisa's old horse lying down.
" what happened?" Stevie asked.
" patch... He died," she cried as Red, the stable hand who everyone at pine hollow seemed to have a crush on apart from Lisa and stevie, walked over to her and went into his knees and put his arm round her and gave patch one last pat with his free hand.
Everyone at pine hollow knew that they never had the chance to go out with Red because everyone could see he likes Lisa apart from her herself.
" Lisa, let's go to my office," max, the owner of the stable said as he pushed past everyone and helped her up ad he put a big blanket over patch.
" will you two come with me?" Lisa sniffed as carol and stevie nodded as they followed Lisa, Red and max up to Max's office.
" Lisa, it will be okay, we are the saddle club.. We can get through anything!"
