Friends or More?

Chapter 35

** 6 months later ** May
Lina's POV
      I wake up and see a white ballon tied to the end of the bed. ~ it had a little card attached. I read it : Lina, I'm SO excited to be married to a gorgeous women like you. I love you with all my heart.

I smile and look at my hand. ~ my engagement ring. 💓 I quickly get out of bed and take a shower. I change into sweats, a YALE sweater and my Nikes. ~ I grab my bag. I dash into the garage and get into the car. I pull up to the hair salon : Jonathan and George. I walk in and see my friends getting their hair done. I wave and sit in one of the chairs. The lady starts doing my hair and says "good luck on your big day!" I smile and thank her.
Jace's POV
I hop out of my car and grab my suit from the back. I walk up the steps and knock on the door. Xander opens it and says " ma man!"~ we fist pump. I hear heels and see my mom walking down the stairs. I laugh and say "mom......." She smiles and says "ready for your big day?" ~ I nod. My family gets in the car and we drive to a restaurant to eat breakfast.

** fast forward . cause I can't wait ! **
I throw my keys on the drawer and I jog into the shower. I get out and wrap the towel around my waist. I blow dry my hair and gel like "perfect" ( splitting Adam) I put on my suit and say" I look good." I take a picture and put it on snapchat : big day ☝🏽️. I slip on my shoes. I past the mirror and see a picture of Lina and I when we first starting dating~ 10th grade. I take it out of the mirror and slip it in my jacket. I look at my phone and see a million comments on my social media: "good luck!" . "officially Mr & Mrs. Norman!"~ I smile.
Lina's POV
I get home and slowly walk into my closet. I take out my dress and slip it on. I put on my flats and grab my heels for the wedding. I do my makeup and look at myself in the mirror : today I become Mrs. Norman! I take out my phone and take a picture of my ring : only 2 more hours! 💓 I look out the window and see my friend Nicky drive up. I squeal and run down the stairs. I fix myself and open the door. Nicky grins at me and I wrap my arms around his neck. He spins me around and says " Lina, you look...... gorgeous!" ~ I blush. He puts my down and says " are you nervous?" ~ I nod. He takes my hand and says " Lina, you're the most amazing girl I know. Don't sweat." I furrow my eyebrows and say " dude. You're a professional football player. How am I not suppose to sweat?" ~ Nicky laughs.
      Nicky takes my hand and says "Lina, I'm always gonna be with through your hardest moment when Jace isn't with you ok? ~ I nod.

** 2 hours later **
Nicky's POV
       I hold out my hand and Lina takes it. We go into a room where a make up artist was gonna male her even more gorgeous. The lady finishes and hands Lina her flowers. I put on her vail and whisper " good luck." ~ I peck her cheek. Lina wraps her arm around mine and we walk behind the doors. 2 guys open the door and music starts playing. We start walking down the aisle and I see Lina's family smiling at her. We get up to the alter and I hand Lina over to Jace.  I walk back to my seat and the ceremony began.
Jace's POV
      Nick hands Lina over to me and I look at my beautiful fiancé. We take each other's hands and the ceremony begins. We say our vows and we slide the rings on and the priest finally says "I pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride." I lift Lina's chin up and we kiss. We keep kissing until the priest clears his throat. We pull apart and I take Lina's hand. We run down the aisle and go outside. Everyone comes outside and congratulates us. Nick was taking pictures and I especially liked the one of us coming out of the church. I post it on all my social media : Mrs. Norman 💓 @linaaa.durnate
       We take family pictures and Lina and I get into our new SUV. We drive to her family restaurant. While we were driving Lina takes my hand and says "do you think we should tell our families that I'm pregnant?" I breathe in and say "yea. I think we should." We get to the restaurant and I help Lina out. We walk in and we start to party.

** 3 hours later **
Lina's POV
      The DJ plays a slow song and says "congrats to the newly wed.!" Jace brings me onto the dance floor and pulls me closer to him. I rest my head on his chest and he whispers " I can't believe I'm going to be a dad with a woman like you." 💓 I smile and peck his lips. The song ends and I yell "WERE GONNA CUT THE CAKE!" Jace and I walk up behind the cake and we hold the knife together. We cut the first slice and we feed it to each other. I see a flash and see Nicky taking pictures. Jace picks up a glass of champagne and rings it with his spoon. Everyone looks up and Jace clears his throat. I smile at everyone and say"uhh...... Jace and I have exciting news. I...... M PREGNANT!" My parents' jaw opens and so do Jace's."
        My mom comes up and says " how far are you?" " 1 month." ~ my mom nods and says" You'll be a great mom."
** after the party **
         Jace and I drive to our new house and Jace picks me up bridal style up to our bed. We change into comfy clothes and lay on the bed. Jace looks at me and says " I love you." I peck his nose and say " I love you more." Jace rolls up half my shirt and whispers to my stomach " hello baby. It's daddy. I just want to say " I love you." ~ he kisses my stomach. I wrap my arms around Jace and whispers " you're adorable. You're gonna make a great dad."
