"Are you sure?"
"Yes. That's my final decision," she smiled widely.
"Alright then. Let's start taking your measures," I told her, as she placed herself on the little stool I'd prepared for her. "So, how are the rest of the preparations going, El?"
"Pretty well, I can't complain. I'm happy Louis is doing everything he can to make every decision with me. It's a thing of two, you know," she chuckled.
"Of course, you don't get married everyday," I smiled at her.
"And you don't marry the man of your life everyday either," she added, making me chuckle.
"Girls, may I come in?," we heard Louis asking from the door frame, his hands covering his eyes so he wouldn't see anything, in case Eleanor was trying on a wedding dress. We laughed and he took that as a positive answer, and I noticed Harry walking in behind his friend.
"Hi," he said.
"Will you be here long?," Louis asked, paying attention at the way I was taking measures of his girlfriend. I looked at him while raising my eyebrow, and he took a step back, raising his arms as if he was apologising. "I didn't mean it that way. I mean, you don't bother me, but I'd like to go to the place we're having the reception and wouldn't like to be late," he said, making me laugh at his reaction.
"I know I know. Don't worry, just give me five more minutes and I'll be leaving," I smiled.
"Good," he chuckled.
I finished my job and started to put all my stuff back in my bag, while Eleanor reminded me of something. I had to go to the florist's and confirm the order of the flowers for the wedding, since she couldn't go, and the sooner they had that confirmed, the better. I nodded and smiled, and then turned around, to find Harry speaking animately with Louis.
"Harry," I said, making him look at me. "Would you like to come with me? I need to get something done for these guys' wedding."
"Sure. As long as it doesn't involve me choosing the flowers," he grinned. Eleanor and I laughed, but I just nodded and grabbed him by his arm, both of us soon jumping into my car.
When we arrived at the florist's, Harry had the same facial expression he had when we first went to the weird shop Summer likes. I dragged him in and we started walking around the shop. I swear it's the biggest florist's I've ever been to.
"I don't know how you always get me to do stuff I don't want to do," he whispered, making me laugh.
After confirming Eleanor's orders, we decided to have a walk around the area. The florist's was in the suburbs of London, in a quiet, calm and nice residential area, full of big houses and green spaces.
We were fooling around, telling jokes every second, thinking about the good times. I can't remember the last time I had such a great time with someone. What I do remember is that he's always been the one who never ceased to amaze me, the one who could always make me laugh whatever mood I had any day.
"I've missed spending time with you," I finally said, and sighed. By the look in his eyes, and the way he suddenly stopped walking to look at me, my confession caught him completely off guard.
"That's the last thing I was expecting to hear today," he shyly smiled.
"And the last thing I was expecting to say, to be honest," I admitted, watching him sit in a bench, and doing the same next to him. "What happened Harry?," I asked, looking into his eyes. He closed them for a second, and then reopened them, letting out a sigh before speaking.
