Chapter 5

I hate everything, everyone, everywhere. Especially the little piece of shit that poisoned my brother. He's most definitely screwed. Or maybe she... or other.

I stared helplessly at my limp little bro. His eyes were clouded and glossy. I couldn't help but feel like it was my fault.

In total there were four people poisoned. Nico, Frank, Connor, and a Roman girl named Jaycee. The four of them lay, un-moving in infirmary, while Apollo kids from both Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter monitored them.

Nico's skin was almost completely grey, and I had noticed that his eyes were turning red. All the demigod's skins were turning grey. Except that Jaycee girl. Hers was turning a dark blue. I shivered. Jaycee didn't look as...dead as the others.

There was something different about her..

"Hey, Lissy, over here. Something seems a little...off with the Roman girl," the new Apollo kid said, as if reading my thoughts. Lissy nodded, and ran off to find Will. I stood a little awkwardly in the corner, once in a while glancing at Connor or blue-boo 2602.

Suddenly, Jaycee's arm twitched.

"Uh....new kid. Did you also see that?" I asked, hoping I wasn't losing it. The kid was only about 13, practically a mini version of Will. He nodded excitedly, and stumbled over himself trying to run out the door.

Either he was calling Will or had to pee really bad. Jaycee kept shuddering, and I debated on whether I should call some Apollo dude or not. I was too late, because Jaycee shot up. The blue faded away, and she blinked.

"What..?" she mumbled, confused. Will burst in, with Lissy and new boy on his trail. He raised an eyebrow, and began to think.

"The poison..you must have had protection from it" he inquired, "Who is your godly parent?" Jaycee was still in a daze. It took her a few moments to answer Wills' question. In those few moments, I slid a caduceus key chain into Connor's hand. A good luck charm.

"Neptune" she said quietly. My eyes widened, "How? Isn't Percy the only known son of-" I stopped myself. She said Neptune. Nobody ever said anything about the Roman guy.

"Ohh shit" Will swore.

I didn't know why I spared the girl. I just couldn't kill her like the others...I couldn't. They all thought she was immune, even my leader and his brother.

"Curses! You know what, forget about her. She's healed. We can still try the other Poseidon spawn" my master spat angrily.

His brother, Yohan, turned to me, "Aron, please. Don't think I don't understand why you spared her. Unfortunately, Eros has found our stronghold."

Taria winked at me, and skipped off, prepared to destroy her next victim. Which, if my master found out about this, would be me.

"Taria. It's time we turn the tables, and play get the Greek" my master said with a snarl. From the other room she shouted, "Of course."

This was all way too confusing for me. I didn't even remember anything. Except a face. Blonde hair, bright green eyes, and a terrified face, saying "I'm sorry, pretty one."

Then I can't move, but at the same time, I can. Then I awoke. He spared me, the guy. I needed to find him. I strived to find him.

"You okay?" Percy asked awkwardly. He was also new to having a sibling. I had always thought I was the only child of the sea God.

Apparently not.

"Yes" I mumble, trying to sound upset. He doesn't take it. "Okay then. I'll just leave you in here alone with Travis here if you want" he says.

The son of Mercury, no Hermes, smiled cooly at me, and I cringe inside. I sent Percy a look, and he smirks victoriously.

"Talk to me Jaycee. How come I never knew about you when I got stuck at Camp Jupiter?" he asks. I'd been wondering the same thing. I didn't say that aloud.

I shrugged, "Dunno. What's it to you Blackbeard?" He rolls his eyes, "I see you're a sarcastic one. I don't like competition."

Okay...

"Well me neither, smart guy" I retort. His girlfriend, Annabeth, who I had come to know while in the infirmary, walked in.

"He's not smart. At all. Jaycee, some kids are here to take you back to Camp Jupiter." I sighed, and stood up.

I didn't want to leave. I wanted to wait for the blondie. Whoever the hell he was.

This was just not my day. I awoke to a horrible screeching noise coming from the Hephaestus cabin and feared the worst. Fortunately it was just Leo acting like an asshole. Someone had bent all the weapons in their cabin, and he was trying to fix them.

We didn't know that the sword bending was all a distraction. The attackers hit the camp again, but the weapon incident wasn't the only trick they played. They had just poisoned Connor Stoll, a Greek.

The demigods, and Chiron, expected them to get a Roman next. They got the Greek. It's not like the gods would help us. They've gone silent again, which just made some demigods wanna quit on the whole thing.

We only had each other from now on. The worst part, the Greek they got, was Perseus Jackson.

damn it this one is short. i was hoping i could make more, buuuut THERE'S NOTHING LEFT TO SAY NOW.
