My cell phone, as I turned it over I hope it was from Lee and not from my aunt, I bet she already called the cops to find me. Thankfully it was Lee but as I read the message my blood boiled. I read it again out loud “I’m not coming, too dangerous, meet me in Redgrave, California.” I glared at my cell phone. “Jackass!”
I looked around, and the problem was that every one of the gates had two guards who held A level guns and above us, there were snipers.
Something awful going to happen.
“What’s wrong Piper.” Johnny asked me puzzeled.
“Don’t look now but were surrounded by guns.” Johnny’s face hardened. “Do you want me to alert the others?” I shook my head. If they knew they would create a sceen.
Anna and I exchanged gazes which were enough for her to know what was going on.
What was I supposed to do? I need to get all of them out of here safe and sound.
“Guys… let’s leave.” I said out loud.
“What? Why? I thought we were meeting your lover here?” Isaac mocked me. I gave him a glare and lifted myself off my seat.
“One, he’s not my lover and Two, change of plans.”
“Okay, okay were coming.” Candy groaned. Bitch.
I walked to the doors and the others followed I was so happy that none of the guards recognized me since if they had I would either be going to jail or even better juvie again.
“So… what happened?” Cole asked me, his breath down my neck made me wince.
“We got to go back.”
“Back were?” Benj said interrupting our conversation.
“Redgave.”
“Why?!” Bradley screamed.
“Cause I said so! But we can stay a bit in New York.” Everyone cheered when I said that but I could not blame them. They all had NYC syndrome only the best of us get pulled in by NYC.
I giggled but now wasn’t the time. I looked at our group and saw that there was someone missing then I thought “Oh crap.”
I tapped Anna on the shoulder and asked “Where’s Jordan?” and she shrugged.
This is so not happening.
