Chapter 12

Gerard's pov:

Threw out the rest of the week Kasper has been getting bullied for no reason. she barely talks to anyone anymore and stays in her room most of the time.

She comes down to get food or go to the bathroom but that's pretty much it. since her room is above mine I can hear her silent cries and music playing trying to drown it out.

But tonight it's different, there's no noise, and that scares me. I've been sitting here drawing and listening to see if I could hear something but there was no noise what so ever.

I sigh putting down my pencil and going up stairs. I go up to her room and knock lightly.

I hear slight movement and the door unlocks. I open it and see Kasper laying down on her bed face in her pillow.

She's in her pajamas which are some sleep shorts and a black tank top. I go and sit down by her side rubbing her back.

"I don't know what I did.." she mumbles "You didn't do anything, there just asses" I say and she sits up leaning her head into my shoulder "I hate it here" she says

"Spring break is in a week then we are off for two weeks" I say rubbing her arm "and guess where we are going?" I say "what?" she asks sitting up looking at me "me you and all are friends are going to franks parents lake house for spring break" I say and she smiles "really?" she says "yup everything is planed and all the parents are ok with it and we are leaving after school" I say

She hugs me "I can't wait. thank you gee" she says and I laugh "gee?" I ask "yup" she laughs. god I missed her laugh .

We pull away and she looks down "what?" I ask "can you stay with me?" she asks "I haven't be able to sleep well" she says "yea" I say and she lays down covering up and I cover up too.

We face each other and we just stair at each other for a while "Stop at starring at me" she laughs covering up my face with her hand. I laugh licking her hand and she yanks it away whipping it off on my shoulder "ew" she says.

"Good to sleep" she says "alright jeff" I say and she laughs turning over so her back is to me.

Kasper's pov:

Tomorrow is the day we leave and I'm excited to get out of this place. I need a break.

I'm packing my things now so that when we get home we can all just put are stuff in the trunk and head out to franks parents lake house which I never knew about.

"Hey" Gerard says walking into my room "hey" I say zipping up my duffle bag "all packed?" He asked "well now I am, so are we picking up everyone or?" "no three more people are coming so we are taken two cars" Gerard says flopping down on my bed

"Hey I just made that! and who else is coming?" I ask sitting by him "Jamia, Alicia and ray" he says "I don't know them" "there friends of ours but they go to a different school" he says sitting up "how did you guy meet then?" "Frankie set up a blind date and took Mikey with him" he says "that's Frankie" we both laugh

"Hey I'm sorry for ignoring you, it's just.." I cut him off "I understand its ok just don't do it again!" I say and hug him "I won't trust me" .

We all meet at franks house before we leave. Me and Emily really like Jamia and Alicia there sweet girls. but we haven't really gotten to talk to ray since the guys have been chatting.

We deiced that the girls well be in one car and the guys in the other so we had to take out are stuff and put it into franks car. "so is it ok if I drive?" I ask the girls "sure but frank doesn't just drive in that car" Jamia says "what? OH EW!" I scrunch up my face and they laugh "frank your nasty!" I yell

"Shut up! and we have to get going now" he says and we all head out to the cars. we all get, Emily in the front with me and Jamia & Alicia in the back with a bags in the trunk.

We pull out of the drive way frist following the GPS. Jamia pulls out the walkie talkie that ray gave us and talks "Frankie your car stinks!" she says and we all laugh "hey! that's my baby!" he says "I thought I was Frankie?" Jamia says in a baby voice and we all burst out laughing.

It's been at least two hours now and I think everyone is getting bored. I know I am.

Emily turns on the radio and changes the channel to 105.7 and Shine Down 'cut the cord' comes on and we all sing along. "Hey we're gonna beat you there!" we hear Gerard tease and the boys speed pass us "oh hell no!" I step on the gas and speed pass the boys and we all flip them off.

I laugh and turn into and road with trees all along the sides and I know we are almost there. "kas hurry! there catching up!" Jamia laughs and I speed up a little more and then turn another time pulling up to a drive way where a big open house is places right by the beach.

We get out and grab our bags looking around at the beautiful sight. the boys pull up and get out grabbing there stuff an we all walk into the big house

"Ok see you guys out there!" frank yells as the guys walk out to go down to the beach "ok!" I yell back and me and the girls go get ready.

We all walk out to see the guys wrestling each other in the water. we set down are towels reveling are swim suits.

I'm wearing black swim suit shorts and a dark purple bikini top. we lay out our towels and sit down watching the boys be stupid until they stop when they see us.

"Like what you see?" Emily asks and we all laugh, we see the boys whisper something to each other and then try start to come up to us.

"What are you- AHH NOO!" I yell as Gerard picks me up bridal style. he carries me out into the water and I cling onto him with my arms tightly around his neck "Gerard don't!" I whine but he just laughs and falls backwards into the water.

I spring up my body in shock by the cold water and Gerard comes up laughing. I glare at him and splash him in the face with the water.

I hear more whines and then splashes an I look to see and see everyone else in the water. I'm picked up again by Gerard and put over his shoulder.

I laugh and tickle his side making him fall into the water again along with me. I end up falling on top of him though but I just laugh and splash his face again.

After a couple hours of us all messing around we all head inside and get changed taking showers too.

We all watch movies in the big living room. I lay my head on Gerard's shoulder closeting my eyes feeling tired.

Soon fall asleep feeling Gerard wrap his arms around my shoulder.
