"What'd I tell ya?" Link said. "The guy's in love with ya!"

"He just thought that I was some weird creature," Gloss rebutted. "Besides, he did say that he was scouting the area for scale dust. He never said anything about me except for the fact he asked what I was doing here."

"The guards, too? Sheesh, that crown must mean much to her."

"It is from the beginnings of her family's royalty."

"I suppose so. But it still doesn't explain the fact that she's making almost all of Arendelle look for one simple headpiece. She looks fine without it."

"It resembles her high status," Ashtrin said. "Don't you two know anything?" Gloss rolled her eyes behind her sister's blonde head. Ash was always about respect and showing how high on the ranks you were. She didn't care if her high heels hurt her feet at balls, and she certainly didn't care about shaming Gloss in public. Even though no one believed the false rumors she spread.

"Well excuse me, princess!" Ken replied. Everyone but Ash laughed at the line. Kenya was usually there to show a bit of humor, but she was also serious at times. Gloss liked the humorous side of Ken better, but she'd rather have serious Ken than normal Ash. "I never expected you to be so 'Oh, look at me! I'm the most classy and well-mannered person in this world.'"

"Enough, Kenya," Ashtrin commanded.

"Aw. Is wittle baby Ashy getting angwy?"

"I said stop!" she yelled.

"Aw, she's too cute!"

"For the last time, I said stop!" She then summoned this dark cloud in her hand and aimed it for her older sister. Before the magic could hit Kenya, this light blocked it. A loud SHING was heard as the light subsided. In that place was Gloss holding her arms in front of her in cross stance. There was a glow in her wings and eyes that resembled those of a holy figure.

"What is wrong with you, Ash?!" she scolded. "She's just teasing you, and you go out and try to kill her with your magic?" Ashtrin realized her fault, and she looked at her hands. Gloss always knew that her sister had dark magic, yet she never understood why she used it in such bad times.

"G-G-Gloss..." Link stuttered. "What in Arendelle is with that glow?" Gloss looked back to him. She saw just how brightly her wings shone in the dim forest light. Zelda touched one of the gold feathers, and it lost its glow.

"It's the power within her," she answered.

"What power?" Gloss asked skeptically. "I know nothing of a power I have."

"Look." Zelda took the feather she touched and ran magic through it. Sure enough, it glowed but with a weaker light. "It's stronger than mine." Zelda was known to be the strongest sorceress there was. She was challenged by multiple wizards, but none could withstand her power. Many magc bearers actually came to her for helpful hints to make their magic stronger. Gloss looked to her glowing skin.

"What is this?" she said.

"It's the power of light," a tweet said. Gloss looked around for Brenner, and he landed on her shoulder. The black raven's feathers were disheveled and falling. Everyone around them was confused.

"Your name, Gloss," Brenner said. "It means Light Protector. You have the power of light because you are the soul reason there even is light."

"I... don't understand."

"Gloss, who are you talking to?" Link asked.

"The bird," Zelda, Ken, and Ash said.

"Okay, so you guys can understand the bird but I can't?"

"Powerful magic bearers, or Gods and Goddesses, are able to commune with animals," Brenner replied. "I suppose you all have some sort of power?"

"Obviously Gloss is an angel," Zelda said. "So she instantly can talk to you. Ash has dark magic, I am a sorceress, and Kenya can control minds."

"All are powerful, but Gloss is completely different."

"Why's that?"

"Her wings, the power is greater, and her aura is massive! It's almost as big as a God's!"

"What about us? Her sisters?" Ashtrin asked. "Aren't our aura's like a God's?"

"You may be siblings to her, but for some reason Gloss has this essence that is very familiar to me. I don't know where it is from, but I can tell you it is not from any human I've ever seen." Everyone stayed quiet until Kenya realized it was getting dark.

"We should set up camp here," she said. "We'll continue walking in the morning. We've got a few kilometers to go before we reach the Northern Forests."

"Alright then," Link said. "Finally, I get to sleep!"

Everyone laughed as the sky turned from pinks and orange to a deep blue.
