Chapter 18: Lady Cobra

[Alex's POV]

Ugh! What happened? My head feels like someone hit me with a brick. I shiver. Why is it so cold in here? I squint my eyes. Where am I? Somehow, I find the stength to lift my hand up. I feel something wet and cold. A voice calls my name, I know its close by, but it sounds far away.

???: You're awake!

I open my mouth to say something. I can't find words. The person lifts the cold thing off of me and it gets really hot. I feels something warm press against my cheek. I open my eyes wide, but everything's blurry.

???: Don't strain yourself. You still migh be a little hung over.

Alex: I'm f-fine, r-r-really.

I try to sit up, but something gently forces me back down. I rub my eyes and suddenly everything becomes clear. Billie is knealing over me smiling. His hand is resting right above my bare belly button. I look down. I have on a bra and gym shorts. How did he change my clothes?

Billie: You've been out cold for a while.

Alex: What happened after I fell asleep?

Billie: Not much. I was thinking that we since we're married, we need more space. I'll fill you in on the rest when you feel better.

Alex: Okay.

He offers his hand. I take it and he helps me get up. The whole room is spinning! He helps me to my feet. My legs feel like jello. I start to go back down. Billie catches me and puts one of my arms around his neck and one of his arms around my waist. He leads me to the living room and sits me on the couch.

Alex: Where's Tre and Claudia?

Billie: They're at home. They should be coming over later so we can talk about the new house.

He goes into the kitchen and fills a cup up with cold water. He tries to give it to me, but my hands are shaking too much. I drink slowly as Billie holds the cup up to my mouth.

Alex: Thanks. I love you.

Billie: I love you too.

Alex: Now what?

Billie: Mike is coming over in a few minutes.

Alex: Lets give him a show then.

[Billie's POV]

She puts her hand on my cheek and shoves her tongue down my throat. She's still a little tipsy. It feels so good though. I gotta control myself. I hold it in as I move her hand and stand up.

Alex: What's wrong?

Billie: You're still a little tipsy.

Alex: Alcohol isn't the reason why you turn me on.

I ignore her and get some more water. Her hands have steadied a little for her to be able to hold the cup. I keep my hands over her's just in case. The ring is shining on her finger. I smile. She's my wife. Someone's at the door. I throw Alex my jacket as I open the door. It's Tre, Claudia, Mike, and Anastacia!

Tre: Hey, Alex is up!

Alex: Yup.

Anastacia: How ya doin'?

Alex: Better.

Mike: So...are we going to make the annoucement?

Billie: Oh, yes! We found a great house that all of us can live together in!

Tre: Great!

Claudia: What does it look like?

Mike: It has nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The house has a private dock, garden, gazebo, pool, lounge area, home theater, and a two car garage!

Alex: Wow! That sounds nice!

Tre: Mhm. What's the price?

Billie: The guy said that it's originally worth 24k but he'll give it to us for 20k.

Mike: We promised cash.

Anastacia: CASH! WHERE ARE WE GOING TO GET THAT MONEY?!

Billie: The money that we got from Dookie. We just did a tour and a few concerts! We have more than enough money for the house.

Claudia: Are you sure?

Tre: We do need more space.

Mike: Then it's settled. I'll call him tomorrow and make the arrangements for ALL of us to see the house.

Billie: Then, we'll pay.

Alex: I'll look forward to it.

We all sit and talk for a while. Alex is slowly coming back to her senses. Claudia is still very tipsy. They should never...EVER drink! Mike and Anastacia leave first. He said something about finding boxes to pack. Tre and Claudia leave a little while after them.

Alex: We're alone again.

Billie: We should start packing up like Mike and Anastacia.

Alex: Or?

Billie: We can watch TV.

Alex: Or?

Billie: We can go somewhere.

Alex: Where would we go?

Billie: How about on our first official date?

Alex: Okay. Where?

Billie: My buddy, Dan, has a private beach with the perfect view of the sunset.

Alex: Sounds fun. Maybe we can have a picnic and watch the sunset.

While Alex goes to wash up, I go into the kitchen to make a picnic. What should I pack?

[Alex's POV]

What should I wear? I take a shower and wash my hair. I blow dry my hair and wrap it in a towel as I stand in front of the closet. I have no idea what to wear! I fumble through a few clothes. It's going to be breezy by the ocean, so I decide on a yellow sundress and flats. The dress falls mid-thigh and has skinny straps. I straighten my hair and put on a little bit of makeup. I look at my ring. It's so beautiful! I can't believe I'm married! Billie walks in and wraps his arms around my waist. He stares at us in the mirror.

Billie: You look beautiful.

He tries to kiss my neck, but gets a mouthful of hair. I laugh as he spits.

Billie: That was just cruel.

Alex: It's clean at least.

Billie: Speaking of clean. I need to shower. Give me like 10 minutes, then we'll be on our way.

Alex: Okay. I'll be in the living room if you need me.

[Billie's POV]

I watch as Alex walks out. Damn! Her butt looks big in that sundress! I like it! I take a shower and wash out all of the dye. Why do I keep dying my hair? I get out the shower and dry my hair. It's getting longer. I take out Alex's straightening iron and straighten my hair for the first time. I think I like this over the eye look. I give it a few crazy spikes here and there. I borrow some eyeliner from her.

Billie *whispering*: What should I wear?

I choose black pants, black Converse, and a black collar shirt with a red tie. I check in the mirror. I like this look! Maybe Alex will too.

Alex: Oh my god! You look like a whole different man.

Billie: Do you like?

Alex: I love!

She grabs my tie and starts pulling me out the door. I grab the picnic basket as we leave.
