Lily of the Valley (Levi x reader)

Chapter 2

You opened your eyes and studied the room you sat in. It has white walls and a white floor. There was a steal cart with medical supplies on it. You then realized you were in a infirmary, but where exactly?

You continued to scan the room until your eyes connected with face looking down. A lady was sleeping in a chair in the far corner of the room. She had dark brown hair tied up in a pony tail, she wore glasses and had the wings of freedom on her brown jacket. You started to move so you could see if she really was sleeping when your bed made a weird noise. Her head shot up and stared right at you. She got up and ran to the door yelling "SHES AWAKE!"

She turned around and said with the largest smile you have ever seen, "Good morning sleepy head. My names Hanji and I'm sure you have many questions, but don't you worry, they will all be answered."

You looked at her with confusion on your face. You let out a sigh and laid back down staring at the ceiling. You thought to yourself 'I'm screwed, I killed and injured five men, I will for sure get executed.'

Moments later, two men walked into the room. One short with Raven black hair and silver eyes. The other looked very familiar, bit you couldn't figure out where you had seen him exactly.

He spoke slowly with a strong voice, "Hello, my names Commander Smith and this is Corporal Ackerman, I seen you have already met Captain Hanji. I'm sure you have many questions so you may go ahead and ask."

You laid there still staring at the ceiling. You let out a sigh and slowly raised your head so you could see them. You considered not speaking a word but realized that you did have a couple questions. "So, um, where am I and am in trouble?"

Commander Smith looked at you and said in a very calming voice, "Your in the Survey Corps infirmary and it depends, why were you running from those men and... um... why did you... hurt them?"

You thought about his question for a moment until it finally hit you. You shot you and started balling your eyes out. You could barely breath due to all the tears and emotions that ran out of you. It all hit you like a truck suddenly. The horrible memory of your sister being murdered and your littlest sister being taken. You suddenly felt Hanji's arms rap around you and squeeze slightly. Your breathing slowed back down to normal and you slowly laid back onto the soft pillow. You let the last tear roll down your cheek before saying quietly but strongly, "Those men were bad men who killed my little sister with no hesitation. If I didn't stop them they would of done the same to you and I Commander Smith."

There were a couple seconds of silence before Commander Smith finial spoke. "I see, now with that taken care of what is your name."

I looked at him expecting him to hand cuff me, but he didn't move a muscle. Maybe I wasn't in trouble after all. I was about to speak when the shorter man with the black hair cut me off.

"Your just going to let that go without more questions Erwin? How do we know we can trust her!"

"Levi, you saw how she reacted to my question. That was sincere, not fake. I know I am risking a lot by just going with my gut, but something tells me she's not faking." Commander Smith stated with a smile.

You slowly sat up while hearing Levi make a "Tch" noise. You turned away from him so you were looking mainly at  Erwin and Hanji. You stared to speak with a smile, "My names Lily and thank you for not making me replay moments from my horrible past."

They both looked at you with confusion until Erwin cleared his throat and said "When you were running through the crowd dodging and attacking those men with no real training expenses, I knew you would be a great new member of the Survey Corps, I mean if you would care to join us. Your skills would make a perfect addition and only grow with our special training. So, Lily, would you like to become a part of the Survey Corps and help regain humanity's freedom?"

You looked at him first surprised then with determination in your eyes. You straightened out your back to make you look stronger and more professional. You put a confident smile on your face and said, "It would be a pleasure sir."

You knew right then and there your future would change and hopefully for the better. You also knew with the new special training and your so called 'skills' that no one could ever hurt you or control you again.
