Lily of the Valley (Levi x reader)

Chapter 5

(Third person) 

The next morning Lily woke up before everyone else. The sky was still dark so she assumed that it was around 5am. She took a nice long shower letting the hot water run down her head to her arms. They throbbed in pain, but she was use to the pain by now, it's just something she has grown up with and grown to accept.

When she was done showering, she got dressed in her training uniform and sat in her bunk thing about the past two day. She thought, 'So much has changed in these past days. My little sister was murdered right in front of me while the other was taken right out of my hands. I was rescued and given a new path in life. I now have friends and...' She thought to herself and let out a sigh. With a smile and a tear forming in her eye she said, '...and freedom!'

At that moment, she heard a brown haired girl shift in the bunk above her. Next thing she new she saw a blur fall in front of her and a loud "OW!!!!" All Lily could do was laugh and continue to laugh. She tried her best not to wake up the other trainees, it didn't work though. Lily couldn't hold it in. Both her and Sasha just laughed and laughed until the commander slammed the door open yelling that it was time to get up, and that breakfast was in 30mins.

*Time Skip*

Lily and the girls walked into the cafeteria still recovering form the early morning laugh session. She was picking up her food when she heard a faint voice just over her shoulder. "Lily! Sasha! Mikasa! Over here!" by the sound of the voice she could instantly place it with Connie.

The three of them then walked over to the table to find a crowd of people surrounding Eren. He was ranting on about his experience with the Titans at the breach of the Wall of Maria and that he was here to 'Destroy every single titan.' Lily sat there across from Eren listening to him go on until someone asked him what they looked like. She raised her head to see him staring down at his food with a horrified expression on his face. She just stared at him confused until she reached out for his hand gripping it tight saying, "Your not alone Eren, I bet many of us have bad memories," she lloked down only to turn to the crowd of people saying, "hey guys, give him a break and go finish eatting, we will need all our strength for training today." Everybody just stared at her for a second before turning around and walking back to there seats.

Eren just looked at Lily as she let go of his hand and stared to eat again. She could actually feel all the eyes at the table staring at her until Armin finally broke the silence by saying, "Hey, are you guys excited for our first day of training?"

It took a moment for Sasha to finally answer saying, "My training started yesterday when the commander made me run for EVER!" Everyone at the table started to laugh at her comment.

*Time Skip*

Once the group finished eating, they all got up from the table and started to walk out. Lily just sat there thinking
'It's nice to know that there are other people here that have a bad past, I'm not alone' as she finished thinking, she felt a tap on her shoulder only to turn around and see Eren. He put a smile on his face and said, "Thanks Lily, you ready to go train?"

Lily let out a sigh and put a small smile on her face and then said "I'll bet you there." At that moment, the two ran out to the field running through the crowd of trainees. She finally felt happy and it made her think about her little sister and her before the torture.
