"Do you think they have Draco too then?" Harry couldn't help but ask.
"HARRY! Leave Hermione alone!
" Ginny shouted as she wrapped her arms around her friend to comfort her.Harry asumed Ginny just wanted another excuse to yell at him. Which was partially true, however she also wanted to protect Hermione. Sometimes the boys were just too insensitive.
"Don't know why she's crying though." Ron muttered under his breath. "We should be happy we finally got rid of the overgrown dungeon bat."
That was clearly the wrong thing to say because Hermione threw a common room pillow at him which hit him square in the face. If she hadn't been crying hard before that comment she sure was now.
"I'm sorry. I never thought somethibg like...what happened...would rattle you so much Hermione." Harry said without thinking "I mean you fought in the Second Wizarding War!"
"AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! AND AT LEAST I HAVE EMOTIONS AND COMPASSION FOR FELLOW.....PEOPLE!" Hermione screamed and marched out of room. She trudged up the stairs and to her dormitory. She slammed the dormitory door so loud the boys assumed the whole castle had heard.
Ginny glared at both boys before exiting the room following the angry witch.
"I was only trying to help mate." Ron said patting Harry on the shoulder. Harry shrugged his pat off.
"I'm going to turn in for the night then." Harry stated flatly.
Harry returned to his bed but could not sleep. The thought of Draco being tortured the way Snape had been scared him to death. What if they had tortured Draco to death? What if he was held up somewhere dying and Harry was doing nothing to save his lover?
Finally Harry couldn't take it anymore. He was going to find Draco. He would find him and save him.
Harry got up off the bed and packed a backpack full of the essentials. He didn't want to take much. He got the idea to bring medicines and such incase his assumptions were correct, so he'd have to find a way to get those before he left.
He waited until everyone else had fallen asleep. He crept out of the portrait hole and down the hall hidden by his invisibility cloak. That's when he heard the small croak.
"Harry Potter sir!" Dobby tried not to shout.
"Dobby how'd you know it was me?"
"Your shoes sir." Dobby pointed at his sneakers which had been sticking out of his cloak.
"Dobby I have to go." Harry stated and turned to leave.
Dobby grabbed Harry's cloak which dragged him behind Harry. He tried to stop Harry from leaving.
"HARRY POTTER MUST NOT LEAVE HOGWARTS!" Dobby began to shout "HARRY POTTER MUST STAY!"
Harry needed to act fast before Dobby woke up the other students. Or worse a teacher.
"Alright Dobby I'll stay." Harry lied to the elf. Of course he wouldn't stay not really.
"Harry Potter will stay here? Where it is safe?" Dobby questioned.
Harry responded with an annoyed "Yes."
He headed back into the potrait hole Dobby paying close attention making sure Harry didn't give him the slip. Once Dobby was sure Harry was staying he left and Harry was faced with yet another problem.
