Rebecca Than.
Loving friend and daughter.
1995-2011

There it was, right there...My throat aches as I fought back tears, when were they going to tell me anyways? Before? After?

I chew on the inside of my cheek and shove my hands into my pockets,"Why didn't you tell me?"I asked as I felt Bruce's presence.

He tried to place his hand on my shoulder but I moved, what gave him the right?

"We thought it was best if you got on your feet first."he notes and I look at the dead flowers.

"Dick--" "WHAT GAVE YOU THE RIGHT?!"I snarled as I turned to him, his unmasked face giving off his Batman scowl still.

"I knew I shouldn't have hid this, but Dick...What would you have done?...She was gone before we--" "Don't you dare! Everyone tried to be her friend when in reality...You all were trying so hard to put the blame on her."I cried and soon the tears flowed out.

I gritted my teeth as I kept a cry down and before Bruce could try to embrace me, I backed away and left. What I hated most about this was that I couldn't believe I let them keep doing it...

'This was on me.'I thought as I threw my hood on and left the graveyard, this was something even Bruce couldn't fix.

This was something no one could fix...

'No more.'I thought and knew what I had to do.
