Two months later

Robin's P.O.V

"I can do it."I whispered as M'gann tried to help me with my brace.

Today I was finally able to get rid of it and move my neck a bit, M'gann was still a bit worried about me taking it off thinking my head would fall off or something.
Once the brace came off, I turned my head to her and she smiled,"How do you feel?"she asks and I smile at her.

"I feel... great."

The doors open and the whole gang came in,"Aw man, he already took his brace off."Wally muttered but smiled as he walked towards me.

"How you feeling?"Artemis asked and I shrugged.

"Same old me."I say and I noticed Conner wasn't here.

I had to ask,"Where's Conner?"

They looked at each other weary before Aqualad placed a hand on my shoulder,"He felt that he should not be a part of this."

"We tried to make him... but he doesn't think you'll forgive him."Artemis added and I looked down.

"This wasn't anyone's fault, especially his."I explained and heard Wally scoff.

I looked up and saw him scowling with his arms crossed, I arched a brow,"What?"

He looked at me and shook his head,"You know who did this."

I sighed lightly,"She's not to blame either."

"You're defending her?!After what she did to you?!To us?!"he shouted and I frowned at the ground.

The whole room was silent and I felt my face heat up a bit knowing the scene was getting awkward, Aqualad stepped up though by speaking.

"Look let us not dwell in the past for today we celebrate the present and how Robin is in it, both alive and well."he said and I looked up at Wally.

He relaxed his shoulder and sighed before smiling,"Great to have you back, buddy."

I smile at him,"Now... How 'bout we get out of here and get something to eat, I am starving."

Everyone grins before we all head out, now the only thing left was to find Conner.

"Wait, wait, you and Artemis?"I whispered and Wally nodded before blushing.

"I mean, she's alright and it wasn't like we're gonna move in together, we just hung out and watched a movie."he explained and I smirked before looking at Artemis, who was eating a salad.

"So...You guys pick any names for your kids yet?"I asked which caused Artemis to cough as she choked on a cucumber and Wally to spit his soda all over the restaurant floor.

I gave a loud laugh as I banged my hand against the table, M'gann,Conner and Aqualad laughing along.

"Not cool."Artemis muttered but was looking at Wally this time.

I smirked then turned when our food was arrived, the waitress smiled at us but I could tell she was mainly smiling at Conner. My eyes wandered from hers to M'gann, who had noticed and was silently glaring at her...That kinda caught my attention.

"Enjoy."she said right before brushing her hand against Conner's shoulder.

No one but M'gann and me noticed. And no one noticed M'gann but me. Her face was pure jealously and I was a bit worried, I mean they both are still trying to understand Earth customs, but M'gann seems to be taking the cake when it comes to possessiveness.

"You fonna eat fat?"

I turned to Wally who's mouth was filled with spaghetti and was pointing right at my bowl of Mac N Cheese. I chuckled before nodding,"No just gonna let it sit here so your ugly mug can drool all over it."I teased and was responded with a spaghetti filled grin, I scrunched my nose playfully before grabbing my fork,.

"So,"I ravel my spaghetti on the fork,"any word on Rebecca?"I ask and put the filled fork in my mouth.

Man this tasted really--

I stop eating when I saw everyone staring at me, my right finger went up to my lips in case I had sauce on my cheek or something. When I felt nothing I arched a brow before asking,"You guys okie?"

Aqualad cleared his throat,"Rebecca...Rebecca has...Has--" "Rebecca has decided to leave."M'gann blurted and I felt my heart skipped a beat.

"No."

I looked at Conner, who hasn't talked the whole time. He looked at me and I saw...

Hurt...

"Is there something you guys aren't telling me?"I asked and everyone looked down before Conner spoke again.

"Robin...Rebecca...Rebecca's dead."
