JOEYS POV

Joey: "Hey Daniel. Is she all ready to go?" I ask walking into the office he's in

Daniel:" just about, she's getting Nuffy and saying bye to Linda"

Around 10 minutes or so go by waiting for Nory and then she finally arrives holding Lola in her left hand and a small blanket in her left

Nory: "Okay I'm ready misters" she says smiling

Joey: "Great! Let's head to the car" I say grabbing Daniels hand as we walk down the smal hallway leading towards the elevator

Daniel: "Wanna press the button Nory?" He asks look down at Nory with a smile

Nory: "Oh yeah! I'm a great button pusher." she says smiling and then clicking the down arrow in the side of the elevator

A few minutes later and were in the parking area and Nory is looking at everything in her sight. Every ant, every leaf on the ground, and every car we walk by. Me and Daniel smile at eachother at her eagerness.

Nory: "Can I ask you a question sir?" She asks pulling the edge of Daniels shirt looking up at him

Daniel: "Certainly."He replies crouching down so he's eye level with Nory

Nory back up a little and flinches at his sudden action, but then carries on with her talking

Nory: "how did you guys meet?"

Daniel and I both smile at eachother

•FLASHBACK•

I was walking into the 'Urth Cafè' next to my best friend Meghan and my other good friend Blaire

Blaire: "Okay so," she starts grabbing me and Meghan's attention

Blaire: "I'm in NEED of a boyfriend, but I need y'alls help." She says and Meghan and I joking role our eyes

Blaire: "What?" She says raising an eyebrow

Joey: "You're like never 3 months with a dude you need to chill your love life down a notch and focus on yourself for once." I say and she loudly moans in annoyance but funnily

Meghan and I chuckle

Meghan: "Okay what are you guys getting?" Meghan says scooting into the booth

Baire: "hmm maybe blonde, blue eyes, not super tall but a good few inches taller," as she conteniues and look up at Meghan and I

Blaine: "huh?" Me and Meghan just start laughing

Meghan: "I meant a drink not a dude idiot!" She says playfully with still a laugh in her voice

Blaire rolls her eyes and chuckles

X: "Hi I'm Daniel. Can I start you guys off with a drink?" The waiter days placing 3 menus in the table but I don't look at him and I'm staring off into space looking out the window

Meghan nudges me with her elbow and gestures her head up at the waiter

Joey: "Oh sorry! Hmm... I think I'll have a..." I start off but look up at his face. I stop talking and my face starts heating up and I suddenly become nervous and start to stutter.

Joey: "A um... G-green t-tea" I manage to blurt out and he grins and then takes the girls orders. Without even knowing I'm literally staring at him the entire time. Like a child look throw the candy store. Lemme just tell you, this guy was no ordinary Joe. He was a goddess sent from heaven.

Meghan and Blaire start to burst into laughter as the man walks back to the "Employees Only" room which was the kitchen

Blaire: "haha Joey like what you see? She says between breaths trying to slow her breathing from all the laughter

Joey: "w-w-what?" I say completely embarrassed. I'm a deer stuck in headlights.

Every time the waiter came out of the room my eyes were pinned on him I needed to stay in contact with him.

After lunch Joey gets his to-go box with his veggie burger in it and a note on top which he can only assume is the check. After we pay and walk out I look down at the note and its DEFINITLY NOT A CHECK

Meghan lurks over my shoulder

Meghan: "watcha got there JoJo?" She says look back up at me

Joey: "I d-don't know. It was on the box" I saw picking the note up and read it once we get under shade so I can actually SEE the note

"Hi. I needed to stay professional, but you're super cute. Hopefully you don't think this is creepy lol. Call me if you want ;) 1-383-###-### ;)<3

I was completely red by that point and Blaire took the note from me and starting squeezing "O.M.G JOEY YOU GOT A HOT MAN CANDY"

•End Of FlashBack•

I tell Nory the long story short and she seems so interested and interned by the words coming out of my mouth

Nory: "That's so cool." She says clearly being blown away by a simple story

Daniel: "Olay here's our car" He says opening the backseat door to our small convertible and she exams s the door and steps into the car with a small boost from me

Nory: "whoa. I've only been in one of these once before. But I wasn't paying attention. How does it work?" She asks. Daniel closes the door and hops j to the drivers seat and I walk around the car into the shot gun and turn back to Nory and she seems like someone seeing colour for the first time.

Daniel: "Well, When I turn the car in, the wheels move forward and backward. And I steer this big when here to change the direction I'm going."

Nory: "THAT IS SO WICKED!" She says with widens eyes and a big grin on her face. Me and Daniel both lock hands on the small storage box in between us and smile while Nory asks more questions and talks out loud about how 'wicked' the car is.
