Daniel: "How'd you sleep, Joseph?"

My husband asks as I sit up and rub my eyes.

Joey: "Fab. Oh, you won't believe this. Nory did the cutest thing last night, Dan!"

I tell him about last night, and he smiles and says the occasional 'aww'

Joey: "Speaking of, where's Norabella?"

I ask as I head over to my closet and pick out an outfit to wear today.

Daniel: "She's in the living room with Meghan."

He responds as he scrolls through his phone.

Joey: "Meghan? When she get here?"

I ask as I begin to change.

Daniel: "Well, Nory woke me up at like 6 am and I was tired as heck, so I called Meghan and asked if she could come over and hang out with Nory. So they have been bedazzling pretty much everything."

I chuckle, and take off my shirt and get my new one inside in so I can slip it in.
Then I hear a knock at the door.

Nory: "Are you awake, Sweetie?"

I hear her voice say and Daniel giggle at the name.

Joey: "I am indeed. Come on in."

I say putting my PJ's into my dresser drawer and I go to sit next to Daniel on our bed.

Nory: "Okay well, we're on a tight schedule for shopping so hurry up!" She says all confident and struts out of the room closing it behind her.

Me and Daniel look at each other then burst out laughing.

I hear an obnoxious buzzing next to my ear forcing me to begin to wake up.

Meghan: "What now?"
I mummer as I pick up my phone and swipe into it to unlock it.

Meghan: "Daniel, why the hell are you calling me at 6 am?"
I say. Ew. My morning voice is so gross.

Daniel: "Sorry to awaken you sweetie, but Nory is awake and can you please please please come?"

I feel a smile form on my face and I rub my eyes.

Meghan: "Aww! Yay I'll come!"

I say and crack my back as I stand up.

Daniel: "Thank you so much."

I reply with "Mmhm" and hang up.

Knock knock knock

No answer.
Ugh.

Knock knock.

Nory: "I've got a guard dog!"
I hear Nory say and I chuckle.

Meghan: "Hey Nory, it's Meghan, sweetie."

I say through the door.
I then see the blinds next to the door open a bit and I see Nory peeking through.
I wave to her and she smiles.

I hear the door click and she opens it slightly and I smile.

Nory: "Come on in, Meghan!"

She says happily opening the door wide allowing me to enter.
