Chapter 16

I stood up, grabbed my towel and made my way back to my room to take a shower. I walked past the living room and I over heard Roc on the phone,

"naaah I haven't seen or heard from her bro....I'll give you a call if I see her or hear from her....alright ....don't worry man.....alright....."

It was silent for a while but I could heard Roc ringing some one else. I wonder who he's talking to? and how is the girl he is talking about? I walked straight to my room, jumped into the shower and got changed into another battle outfit for tonight. I stayed in my room watching TV and drinking blood for energy for nearly the whole day surprisingly Roc didn't come up to check on me and started to get bored. I walked downstairs to see what Roc what up to.

"Hey, whatcha doing?" I asked jumping on to the couch next to him, He was texting someone but moved his phone away, so I couldn't see who he was texting.

"Nothing, nosy" he said while touching my nose, I scrunched up my face and shook my head.

"what time are we going for the big rescue?" I asked truly interested, Roc looks at the time, I did the same it was 8:15pm. Roc had said that we where should be there at 9:00pm. He stood up and went in to the kitchen I followed him wondering what he was going to do. But he didn't do anything. He just sat there on one of the stools by the breakfast bar with his head down and his hands on the back of his neck. I was quite taken back. I didn't know what to do.

"Are you okay Roc?" I asked walking towards him. But he didn't say a word. I placed my hand carefully on his back and rubbed his back just to give him comfort. He looked like something was bugging him. "Roc?....Roc look at me..." He lifted his head up to look at me, "If you don't want to talk about it its fine, I understand, but I'm here if you need me" He smiled and replied

"okay" I placed my hand on his cheek and I kissed him softly on the cheek just to reassure. I really did trust Roc now. I mean he saved me. I don't know what would have happened if Roc wouldn't have come to rescue me. I turned around just to give him some space but he grabbed my hand,

"YN..." I turned to him "..erm...thanks" I smiled and he let go of my arm so I could get out of the kitchen. Before I could even get to the kitchen door. Roc asked

"YN!....Are you ready?" I guess he was talking about the wolves and vamps that we were about to rescue.

"Yep" He got up and held my hand and we went into one of the weapon rooms. Roc grabbed some guns. He handed me a gun but I gave him the 'Boy you know I don't need them' look and he chuckled and put it into backpack. I was ready I only needed to put on a jacket just in case it was a little chilly outside. I just stood there waiting for Roc. He gave me a nod signalling me that he was ready and we left the safe house. We both changed into were wolves and I followed Roc all the way there.

When we got there Roc gave me a boast up a wall and into a window. I looked through the window a girl younger than me was facing the window tired to the chair. I put my finger on my lips to signal her to be quite. She nodded but then signaled that there was a guard right by the window on my left. I looked down to tell Roc and he pushed me through the window. I didn't need to do much to the guard.. just a good kick in his manhood did him good and he hit the ground instantly. The girl giggled while I tried to untie her. Roc climbed into the window and throw me a pocket knife. It was the same pocket knife he used to untie me. He smile at me because he knew that I realised that. I untied the girl who had told us that she was a werewolf while Roc busted the door open. we were now surrounded by 10 guards Roc. Roc toke 5 and me and the girl toke the other 5. She'll get them from behind while I punched them or whatever I decided to do. I didn't even have to use any of my powers, it was quite easy. I think it was because me and Roc had practiced earlier on. We rescued aa couple more teens. I felt unstoppable.

However it was the last rescue that stopped in my tracks. We had rescued about 20 vamps and wolves. They had split off into groups to find more captured teens, so it was just me and Roc. We were at one of the doors and had beat up the guards patrolling the door. Roc looked at me and asked,

"You can take this one"

"Really?" He nodded and told me that he'll keep look out outside. I smiled and but he didn't smile back, I just ignored it not thinking anything of it. I opened the door. Now every time Roc and I rescued any of the captured vamps or wolves Roc or I would say a little speech, just to reassure the teens that we are not one of the guards and that we are here to rescue them. So I began my little speech as I walked into the room.

"Hey, dont worry I'm not one of the guards I'm just here to get you ou-"

"YN?" I walked closer to the lifeless body on the chair. I could tell that this was a boy because of his voice obviously but I couldn't tell who it was because of how he spoke. I mean he spoke with such pain. He sounded tired and beaten up. Plus I couldn't tell who he was because I couldn't see him properly. I walked toward the window in the room to open the curtains and let the moonlight shine through....I couldn't believe who I was seeing....I recognise that afro from anywhere.

"J...Jacob?"I wanted to run up and hug him but for some reason, something told me not to, He didn't say anything, he looked so weak. I gave in and decided to help him. Before I could move a muscle I heard someone slowly applaud and it was coming from the door. I looked from Jacob to the door and there stood scar face and Adam

"Well done YN..."

"What?!" I started backing away from him even though I was at the other ed of the room. The feelings I had when he first came into my house and kidnapped me came flooding back. I felt like a vulnerable little girl again.

"Princeton stand up!!" scar face snarled. I was quite confused, why would he stand up if he is tired to the chair. Well I was proved wrong. He stood up with ease but I could tell he was battered and bruised. He didn't even look at me.

"Jacob what going on?" I was really confused. Jacob sighed and looked at scar face. Scar face nodded at him and Jacob turned to face me again with the meanest eyes I've ever seen.

"DON'T..call me that! The name is Princeton" He stated. I jumped back a little. scared at the fact that Jac- oh I'm sorry Princeton had just shouted at me. I wanted to cry but that was nothing cared to what Princeton said next. Scar face looked at me in disgust and said,

"Tell her the truth Princeton!" Princeton sighed again looking down.

"TELL HER!!!" Princeton looked up at me again,

"I never loved you or liked you or ever thought you were beautiful.....I was only being nice to you because I felt sorry for you and I only wanted to get in your pants" Now that was low blow. I tried to hold back the tears but what he said hurt so bad. A tear escaped my right eye and I looked into Princeton's eyes...this is not the same guy....this is not the same guy who I had a crush on for 6 years...this is not the same guy who I used to get nervous every time I saw him or spoke to him.....this is not the same guy who I shared my first kiss with...........it cant be....but it is..it is that same guy...

"Get her Adam, teach her a lesson, show her what happens to girls who escape"

"ROOOOOOOC HELP ME!!!!" I screamed, pointing the pocket knife at Adam who was getting closer and closer, Roc came staggering in like he had just been beat up. He may have looked like he was but he certanliy didnt fight like it, He scissor kicked Adam in the face before Adam could touch me. Adam pushed me as he fell and I fell backwards into Princeton's arms I looked up and into his eyes...it wasnt the same anymore.. all I felt was hurt from this guy, his eyes were bright blue (sad) but I didnt care. I pulled myself off him and ran out of the room with Roc not that far behind me.

WTH?! Jac- oh no i'm sorry Princeton!

I'll be going to Africa for 3 weeks next monday, if you want me to post one more chapter before I go just put it in the comments below and i'll put it up as soon as i'm done writing it. There are plenty more chapters coming but it will be after my holiday.
