American actor Robert Downey Jr. plays the role of the Riddler. He is best known for playing Tony Stark, one of Marvel's avengers also known as Iron Man.
I picked Rdj because his Marvel character is very comical and loves to be the life of parties. When I cast him in my story, I didn't think of how he's involved with Marvel. I know he is, but I simply picked him because I find him funny.
Although he doesn't particularly look the part - I imagine Riddler as being able to pull off red or purple hair and not too lanky but not built - his Marvel personality certainly does.
