Gemma's POV

I had just finished getting out of the line that Principal Perry was holding. Apparently, she had to check through all of our backpacks. I don't know what for, but I'm pretty sure this was illegal. Even if it was illegal, I'm pretty sure Principal Perry wouldn't stop this line check. When she came across my bag, she took out my phone and headphones (shown at the top) and threw it in the box. I rolled my eyes and moved on, and when no one was looking, I used my molecular kinesis to quickly snatch my two objects from the box.

"A-ha! Cell phones are a violation." Principal Perry to Leo, taking his phone out of his bag, as I put my stuff in my bag.

"I think you sticking your hand in my backpack is also a violation." Leo pointed out, but Principal Perry just ignored that statement.

"Planning on texting your girlfriend in class, were you?" She asked.

"I don't have a girlfriend." Leo said.

"Yeah, well, now you don't have a cell phone either." Principal Perry threw Leo's phone in the box. "Bye-bye. Next!" The she-beast commanded and I rolled my eyes, heading towards Adam and Chase, with Leo following behind me. I greeted Chase with a morning kiss and smiled, holding his hand.

There was a sudden breeze and the next thing you know, Bree was standing next to us, scaring the sheesh kebabs (sorry, I just had to) out of Leo as he screamed. And let me tell you, his screams were not very manly. "Morning, guys." Bree greeted.

"Seriously, can we put a bell on her?" Leo asked, referring to what happened about five seconds ago.

"Yeah, you gotta chill on the super agility. Somebody's gonna see you using your bionics." Chase warned.

"No one ever sees me. I mean, you didn't see me swipe your lunch money." Bree said, and took out a small wad of cash out of her pocket.

Chase looked at it and started searching through his pockets. He then looked at Bree and said with a glare, "Oh, you're good!" Chase was about to snatch it off her, but she was fast and ducked, giving it to me. Chase looked at me with a smile, but I smirked and put it in my back pocket. His smile faded. Aww, he thought he was going to get it back just because I'm his girlfriend. I winked at him and he pouted.

Just then, Principal Perry walked over to us and said, mostly to Bree, "Hey, you! How'd you get past my checkpoint? I sent you to the back of the line."

"Uh... that wasn't me." Bree stuttered.

"Must've been somebody else." Chase supported.

"Yeah, somebody who can't climb ceilings." Adam said, then leaned down to Chase and I and sing-songed, "Saved it!"

"You three have an answer for everything, don't you?" Principal Perry asked rhetorically, but apparently Chase didn't get that.

He smirked and leaned down and said, "I don't like to brag, but the answer to that is yes." He finished off by clicking his tongue.

"There's one thing I pride myself on..." Principal Perry trailed on.

Bree looked down at her legs and asked, "Your incredibly sturdy calves?"

"No! My instincts! And my instincts tell me that you three are trouble!" Principal Perry said, pointing to Adam, Bree and Chase.

"Well, I don't like your instincts at all, and you can tell 'em I said that." Adam said, to which I quietly laughed at.

"I can't put my finger on it, but ever since you arrived, strange things have been happening around here. And the only strange thing I'll tolerate is the janitor." Principal Perry said, then turned her head towards the janitor, who looked a lot like Principal Perry, but with a moustache. Or a bigger moustache. Principal Perry slightly waved at him as he looked up. "I have to, he's my cousin." Well, that explains it.
