A DAUGHTER'S LETTER (PART ONE)
--
Daddy:
Although I am grown,
I will always be
your little girl.
When I'm upset
and you tell those
crappy, lame jokes
you somehow always
seem to make
the hurt go away.
Even though I swear
you were a comedian
in another life,
you have the most
kind, pure soul,
and that is exactly
why I will always
love you.
(As long as you don't
shoot all of the guys away.)
