HOME SWEET HOME
--
I have learned to love where I am from--
I used to hate it here.
This small town is lonesome
and there is nothing near.
The rolling hills are endless
and the sky is always cloudy.
Your neighbors are like family
and everyone says, "Howdy!"
I used to wonder of the city lights
and I swore this place was not for me.
But now I regret how I dissed this land--
There's nowhere else I'd like to be.
A/N: Can anyone guess where I'm from? It's in the U.S. I won't say if you're wrong or right, because I don't want everyone knowing where I'm living, but I think it would be cool to see some predictions!
