Ch.3 on the run

"Who needs help going to the bathroom?" Maria asked hopping non of them would need help.

"I'm a big boy" tony and Bruce said as they ran into a bathroom stall.

"I'm a god" Thor yelled and ran into another stall.

"What about you 5?" Maria asked as the rest of the children looked down at their black shoes. "Ugh. Who needs to go first?" Maria asked dreading the question. Clint's hand shot up and grabbed Maria's. "you 4 sit down and don't move" Maria said as Clint pulled her to a stall where he pulled down his pants and started to pee.

"Bruce, tony, Thor?" Maria asked as she turned around and opened the door a little to see who left the stall next to them.

"Yes" all three boys answered. She sighed and saw Bruce washing his hands.

"Bruce, can you take Steve to the bathroom?" Maria asked knowing asking tony would be a bad idea and Thor would probably confuse the poor kid. Bruce nodded his head and held his hand out for Steve to take and lead him to another stall."holy mother fuc-fudge" Maria corrected herself before tony could start another argument about her colorful vocabulary. Clint had turned around and accidentally got some pee on her jeans. She quickly turned him around again so she could try and wipe the stain out with some toilet paper. Clint didn't comprehend what he was doing so he just stayed quiet. Maria handed Clint some toilet paper and just closed her eyes trying to calm herself down.

"Who's next?" Maria asked as she opened the door for Clint to leave and wash his hands.

"Me" pepper said as she walked into the stall. Then Jane went, then Natasha. By the time Natasha was done. Thor, tony, Steve, Bruce, pepper, Jane, and now Natasha were all taken care of. As soon as they reached the jet all the kids yelled "I'm hungry!!" Maria looked at the small children and sighed as she grabbed her bag and pulled out some black short and quickly changed out if her jeans that Clint peed on. She mentally swore that when Clint gets back to normal he's going to buy her a new pair of jeans and she was going to beat tony half to death.

"What do you guys want?" Maria asked not knowing what little kids would want to eat. She got a variety of answers that made her role he eyes. "Your not having ice cream and chocolate for lunch" Maria told pepper and Jane as they frowned. "Your defiantly not having lobster and I don't even no what you just said. But your not having it" Maria said to tony and Thor as they frowned. "We could work around soup" Maria said thankful for Steve and Bruce who suggested something normal. They walked around the airport looking for a descent place to eat. Maria had Natasha on her hip along with Steve since he tripped and hurt his knee. She managed to get tony to hold peppers hand and Thor to hold Jane's hand while Bruce and Clint held onto one of Maria's hands.

"How about pizza?" Maria asked as she stopped in front of a pizza place that looked family friendly. All the children's nodded as she lead them over to a booth and told them all to stay put and should would order the food. "I want a large cheese pizza and a 9 cups of water and a small bowl of tomato soup" Maria said with a sigh as she reach the counter. She was started to fell tired and ready to collapse. She looked over her shoulder to make sure the kids weren't kill each other and they were all were they were supposed to be. They were.

"That will be 20 dollars" the man said as he secretly looked Maria up and down checking her out. She noticed this out of the corner of her eyes every time she would turn her head to check on the kids. Maria faked a smile and handed the man the 20 dollar bill and waited in the corner for the food. "Here you go" the man said with a smile as he grabbed Maria's hand before she could grabbed the trays of food. She had to fight back years of training not to attack and kill this man for grabbing her. He just smiled and slipped a piece of paper with his Phone number on it into her head. She faked another smile to hid the anger she felt as she grabbed the trays of food and walked over to the kids.

"Be carful it hot." Maria said as she handed each kid a slice of pizza and gave Steve the tomato soup with some crackers.

"Thanks" all the kids cheered as they dug into their food. It only took 15 minutes for the kids to finish their food and complain they wanted ice cream. Maria sighed and contemplated weather or not she should get them some ice cream. "Fine. But you have to be quit when we get back to the jet and all the way to the base" Maria said as she looked at all the children trying to reason with them.

"Ok" they all said to quickly to even think about it. Maria sighed in defeat as she go up to see if the place they where at had ice cream or if she need to have to kids drag her to another place so they could get ice cream.

"Do you have ice cream?" Maria asked the man that gave her his number, because their was no one else to ask.

"Yes we do" the man said as he smiled creepily at her. She moved away from him and ordered 9 vanilla ice cream cones as she paid for it and waited in the corner again. She instantly stiffed when she saw a man in a suit with gelled black black hair and at least 15 buff men in suits following behind him. "Is that Eric Sin?" She whispered to herself as her heart started to beat fast as the group moved to where the kids were. She reached for her gun hidden under her shirt when the group stopped and starred at the kids. Eric's group stopped in front of the children when they saw Natasha's curly long red hair and bright green eyes and Clint's spiked brown hair and his crystal blue eyes.

"Mawia?" Natasha whispered as tears started to form in her eyes. Pepper scooted closer to tony, while Jane scooted closer to Thor as they boys glared at the group of men. Maria quickly grabbed the tray of ice cream and slightly jogged back over to the kids.

"Can I help you?" Maria said as she put the tray of ice cream on the table and forced a smile onto her face and she studied the men. 'They have at least 16 guns on them' Maria said in her head as the group of men looked at her then walked away whispering to each other. "I think it's time to go" Maria said as she kept eye contact with the group of men as she helped the kids quickly get out of the booth and handed each one of them their ice cream to stop them from crying and staring at the group of scary men. She saw one of them whisper something to Eric then all of them starred at Maria as she quickly ushered the kids out of the restaurant as the group of men got up and yelled a few things in French.

"Great! The only airport that I could stop at, and Eric Sin and his men are here." Maria mumbled as she threw away her half eaten ice cream away and picked up pepper and Jane and grabbed tony and Bruce hands since they were the slowest runners. Natasha and Clint were still pretty fast as kid, Steve probably still had some of the serum in his body since he was able to keep up with everyone with out going into a coughing fit, Thor..is well Thor a small god and he was able to keep up with everyone with out braking a sweat. She looked behind her to see Eric Sin and group trying to push past everyone else to get to them. Eric Sin is a drug lord that killed a 2 SHIELD scientist 2 years back then attacked a group of new recruit agents and their leading agent watching them. They sent Natasha and Clint to rescue the recruits and Maria since she was the leading agent sent to assess them to see if they were SHIELD quality. Let's say that it didn't end to well for both sides, Eric never got killed or charged with anything and SHIELD lost half their new recruits.

"I-um, let's play a game?! Let's see who gets back to the jet first!!" Maria said trying to come up with something on the spot. All the children cheered and as she let go of Tony's and Bruce's hand and let them run because this was a challenge now and they were motivated to run. Pepper and Jane still clung to Maria as they ran threw the airport. Maria calculated the distance from the jet and decided it was class enough and stopped. "Thor, tony!! Hold their hands" Maria said and before tony and Thor could complain she looked at Steve and Bruce since they seamed more responsible. "Make sure everyone gets onto the just then close the door. Don't, I repeat don't touch anything else" Maria said in a stern tone as she handed Bruce the keys since he was older.

"Wht aout u?" Jane asked as she tilted her head to the side making her brown hair fall the the side in an adorable way.

"I'm going to talk to someone" Maria said hopping they would by the lie. Jane nodded her head and took Thor's hand.

"R u going to tak 2 the demon kng?" Pepper said referring to Fury being the demon king. Maria through it was adorable the way the girls were trying to pronounce their words, since they where the youngest.

"Yes I am. But don't worry I'll be back" Maria said as she watched the children run off in the right direction, while She ran in the opposite to get them off the kids trail.
