Chapter 3:

"TAILLLL?!?!" I say screaming my head off.
I never knew I would become a mermaid . This is so weird for me. I heard that if you ever touch water you would turn into a mermaid. I can't tell anyone. Not even my friends about this ever!! I pull my self out of the pool. Trying not to break my arms. I get out of the water.
"AM I GONNA BE A FISH FOREVER..?!?!" I said.
I heard you get powers when your a mermaid. Maybe I should try them out. I tighten my hand to dry off my tail. And quickly became a human after. I quickly walked to get out of here before my dad seems suspicious. I got to the camp sit.
"Where have you been Iris?" My dad said.
"Oh umm ..... just umm..... looking around." I said.
"For a second there I thought you were lost." He says.
"I'm not lost." I said.
"Good we have diner. Eat up."
"Yay ....fish for diner." I said.

Next day,
This is our last day. I can't wait to get out of here. Before dad knows I'm a mermaid he might notice.
"hey would you mind getting a fish down on the pond for me Iris?" He said.
"Yea sure."I said.
Darn I just noticed if I touch water I could turn into a mermaid.
I went near the pond trying to catch a fish. How I'm I going to catch I fish.
"I see one!!" I yell.
I grab my fishing pul and started to real the fish to me. I got stuck. The wire got stuck. On a rock.
"Darn it all!"I said.
I tried to pick the fish up. The fish was splashing water. And splashed all over me. I knew I had to run quick. Before I turn into a mermaid.
"Iris??" My dad yelled.
Gosh I'm in more trouble.
"I'll be right there." Yelling as loud as I can.
Splashed into the water as fast as I could. And stayed there for a while.
