I'm on the outskirts of a city now. I don't know what city, I'm not good at geography. I do have a mission though. My old friend Madison lives near here. Her older sister just died, and I can relate to what she's feeling. She might not want to see me after what happened last time we spoke, but I would pay my respects anyway. I lope through the trees, letting the humans in the cars see the sunlight glint off my fur. Some of them slow down to try to take pictures, but I speed past them. Only red wolves are located in this area, I can smell them. The humans will mistake me for a beautiful dog and be on their way. I'm almost to the Pisces pack. And yes I'm aware that Pisces is a zodiac sign but they were all born under Pisces and I think Pisces pack has a nice ring to it. As I near their borders I sit and wait respectfully for a wolf to patrol the borders. A full six hours go by. I don't move an inch. My back hurts and I only blink every 2 minutes. Finally a muddy brown wolf with darker brown streaks and pale yellow eyes walks up and growls.
What do you want rouge? Wow even in my mind she is passive aggressive. Can everyone do this mind thingy?

I wish to speak with your alpha. I respond calmly. I learned a new trick from Austin, I can mind link now. She seems surprised, but recovers quickly.

Our alpha is busy.

Preparing the burial ceremony? She takes a step back like I slapped her. Serves you right.

H-how did you?

I need to speak with your alpha. I repeat firmly. She nods mutely and leads me over the border into camp. Which of course, we have to cross a river to get to. I roll my eyes. Pisces.

It's fairly large, the camp, with several wolves going about their business. Cuddling, hunting, playing, eating. There are a few buildings and kids are everywhere. Everyone stops what they're doing to stare at me. Well everyone but the pups, who run straight up to me.
"Why is she white?"
"Are you a hunter?"
"How old are you?"
"Are you a rouge?"
Their mothers have to drag them off me by their scruffs. The muddy wolf leads me into a den, where a dark grey wolf with silver eyes lays on a pile of moss. This is their alpha? I bow my head respectfully.

Alpha I acknowledge.

Rouge he fires back.

Ok so he's mean.

I have come to pay my respects to a lost pack member of yours and do offer my condolences to her sister.

He raises his eyebrows at that.

I swear I'm not lying. I swear on the moon goddess herself.

He sighs dramatically and I want to punch him. Is that bad?

Go find her. But if anything goes missing I will have a lovely white fur rug to lay on instead of this old moss.

On the inside I'm growling, but on the outside I thank him and run to find Madison.
